My sister and mum came in today 30/12/2022 around 8pm to buy press on nails but choose to put it back after walking around the store a little bit. Old hag and her son accused my younger sister of stealing when they realised they haven’t stolen any thing the disgusting man yelled at my 9 year old sister for not putting the press on nails in its original spot like it’s not his job to do that. Seriously if you don’t have even a fraction of good customer service skills then why are you managing this store. There’s heaps of other stores like this in the shopping centre and around the area that actually have good service staff. 100% would not recommend this place disgusting behaviour from the staff need to learn how to treat customers.

It has a decent selection of goods you can buy. But not a great range of each type. For example- i went there for art supplies as there is no art store close. I brought canvas but needed a medium to add to paint and to retock my watercolours but they only had oil or acrylic paint and no medium. But i can't hold that against them because they are not an arts store. And i found a perfect tray to use for my painting in their homeware section.

Staff really need to improve customer service skills. Smile :) Good variety of products. But some small items are heavily over priced so you can easily fall in trap without checking price. And no exchnage or return. Overall 2 stars.

Great variety store with a mix of just about everything including homewares, toys, candles, cards and plenty of other stuff. Prices are pretty sharp.

Nothing special about the place. Cheap Chinese goods. In comparison to others which sell the same, it's probably a slight cut above.

Cashier just charged us extra $7 and did not even apologise when we called him out for it. Money was refunded but horrible service
