J'ai réservé dans cet établissement via leur site internet, j'ai reçu une confirmation de réservation par email. Sur la base de celle-ci, je me suis présenté devant cet hôtel (au demeurant difficile à trouver, porte d'immeuble anonyme sur la rue) en début d'après-midi, à l'heure du check-in ; la porte était close. J'ai appelé le numéro de l'hôtel : au bout du fil, gérant très désagréable et hautain, 'hôtel fermé, vous pouvez aller dans notre autre hôtel' ('hôtel de la mer / Neptune' sur la place Masséna). Non merci, je réserve sur des bases contractuelles (emplacement, chambres, prestations, photos...), et non au bon vouloir du gérant d'ouvrir ou non son hôtel suivant le jour et la fréquentation. Si votre hôtel est fermé, indiquez-le sur votre site et fermez les réservations, au risque, en plus d'abuser du temps de votre clientèle qui n'en demandait pas tant, de les tromper.

Hormis une situation géographique vraiment très intéressante puisque vraiment proches des commodités, ainsi qu’une décoration de charme, je ne peux faire part d’une entière satisfaction puisque l’hotel est vraiment très très bruyant, est dépourvu de toutes isolations phoniques..: nous n’avons pu dormir plus de deux heures.. de plus la propreté n’est pas au rdv: poussière collée au mur au dessus du lit et sur les abats-jours.. des toilettes minuscules.. et une salle de bain quasi inexistante.. pour ma part je ne le mettrai pas dans la catégorie hôtel: pas de personne à la réception hormis pour les arrivées programmées.. En résumé, si vous cherchez à passer un séjour reposant, continuez votre chemin, ou sinon prévoyez un stock de boules quies ..

Sehr charmantes Hotel im Herzen von der Altstadt von Nizza. Der Eingang ein wenig versteckt zwischen der Eisdiele und einem Trüffelladen (beide Läden übrigens sehr toll!) Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden, alles war unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar (nachts notwendig). Die Betten sehr sehr bequem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Difficult to find the entrance. Outside of building looks very old and worn. Upon entering the hotel, I was delighted with the modern updating of the interior. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, as we arrived on an early flight and desired to check in by 11. We stayed in room 2 (small basic room). It didn't have a good connection to the WiFi. The room was clean and updated and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Location is very central in old Town. Within steps of highly rated restaurants and sights.

Excellent location in the middle of old town Nice and next to the cathedral. Rooms are modern, well equipped with good beds. No breakfast is provided (at least not during winter months) and only French TV channels are available ...

Quaint hotel in the heart of Nice vielle ville, within close proximity to Place Rossetti. The room was well appointed and comfortable albeit was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to its location close to popular bars/restaurants but this is to be expected and is not the hotel’s fault. Reception staffing hours are quite sporadic - would be better to have set hours that the reception is manned rather than ad-hoc. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Nice.

Absolutes Kleinod im Herzen der Altstadt von Nizza! Kleines feines Hotel, super Services, problemloser Checkin trotz später Ankunft, Lage ist perfekt für Strand oder Stadtbummel, freundliche Betreiber und liebevolles Petit Dejeuner im Innenhof ! Schade waren nur für eine Nacht hier, kommen wieder ….

Super hôtel extrêmement bien placé dans la vieille ville de Nice. Les lit était très agréable et les chambres bonnes. Le prix était acceptable par rapport à la qualité. Je ne pense pas que l’hôtel ait quelque chose d’exceptionnel mais il est très bon, pas beaucoup de bruit ni rien. La seul difficulté réside dans la rechercher de l’hôtel qui est difficilement trouvable. Merci néanmoins!

Pour une chambre de bon standing, un peu déçus d'arriver dans une chambre qui donne sur un mur à 2m (en plus, avec un échafaudage dont l'ouvrier est passé devant notre fenêtre) le mur a été rebouché mais pas repeint, ça manque de classe. Dommage, car avec une vue correcte et le mur repeint, la chambre aurait été agréable... Sinon la déco est de bon goût.

Best possible location in Old Nice. Spacious room, nicely renovated and super clean. Very friendly staff I will definitely go back there if I come back to nice

Des nuits un peu entrecoupées selon l'animation dans la rue. Malgré tout très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Déco sobre et tendance, bon service également ! Un petit radiateur dans la salle de bain serait un plus ; -) Attention, ne loupez pas l'entrée : une petite porte grise avec un interphone !

Très charmant hôtel, très discret, au centre de la vieille ville. Chambre propres et de qualité. Je recommande.

Hotel kleinschalig ontbijd moet je niet teveel van verwachten groot voordeel is dat je middenin de oude stad van nice zit en overal leuke winkeltjws of barretjes dan wel restaurands zijn . Hotel heeft veel trappetjes om op een kamer tekomen wel schoon en mooi Kan het wel aanraden

Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful lady in front desk. Our room has a great view of the old town alleys/streets. We brought earplugs of course because we know it will be noisy with all the poeple on the streets. Enjoyed every minute staying here.

The hotel was very reasonable priced, staff were very helpful and there was a great communal courtyard we used for breakfast from the old town market which was one of the highlights of my trip! Would definitely recommend for a short stay

Brilliant location, rooms very clean and a good size with a decent bathroom, we did hear noise from the street but that did not bother us. Will definitely be going there again, thankyou to the staff.
