Be careful of the fake “special sales” events from house… I purchased an item just now meant to be “highly discounted due to store closing” (LOL) and realised back home that their advertised normal price on their own website (with store collect available) was cheaper. I had to come back, the store manager explained that their online prices are different, and she was doing a favour reimbursing me… what a joke. I explained that they don’t comply with ACL, and another store sales guy after admitted they know it’s wrong, their management don’t care, many customers coming back for complaints.

Yes the place is stuffed full of so much stock that there is no way you can avoid either bumping into another customer, a staff member or a pile of boxes jutting out into the aisle! But aside from that they do have nearly everything you could want for your kitchen. I went to look for one thing and of course came out with other things entirely!! And when Devil Gate Drive by Suzi Quatro came on I had to stay in store until song over, boy what a classic. I don't know who is responsible for the in-store music but well done!

Really disappointing that you only accept cards and not cash. You need to give people options. You definitely cannot use Covid as any excuse as you are handing over goods and surrounding stores to you still accept cash or cards... So all these other shops in Southland aren't safe then ?? You need to update and accommodate everybody.

This is a disgrace as they would not accept cash as a payment. Since when is cash not legal tender. I definitely will never shop here again and I will make it well known not to shop here. The only people that get rich and have power over us is the banks and government. This is the next step to control

Terrible service. 50% sale sign on the wrong product. They took it down and wouldn't give it to me at half price. Sent through complaint and photos too ACCC as well including employee that was so rude. Illegal and misleading information

This has to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had ! Customer service is it discrasfull. They refused to exchange an item that was clearly purchased from the shop 2mth ago. Never shop there again.

Good products, but they're generally ticketed at 3-4x the price you'll find elsewhere. Buying things on sale here will get you around the same price as Myer.

They are bed deal. I paid $320 for a wok which is sale for $160 online. And they not do money refund. Only Exchange or credits. Never go there again.
