Since it was factual information, it was fine to tell us, but they made the extra effort to ensure our experience was top notch. Item purchased: Baccarat Black Samurai iD3 Gozen Knife Block Set. Original Price: $1179.99 AUD Price paid: $225.00 AUD (Yes, you read that right). Knives are great, staff told us the best way to maintain their sharpness etc. Was great of them to put in the extra effort. The best kitchen-ware store in Chadstone.

If I could give House Chadstone zero stars I would. Since when does a store not accept cash as payment? Last time I checked, cash is still legal tender in Australia! COVID rules are over House, you cannot refuse cash payments. Shame on you, I will never step foot in a House store again nor will all my shopping buddies that were prepared to spend big at your store on the Black Friday Sales. I hope it hurts your hip pocket.

Totally unacceptable and unfair. when trying to return a faulty fitted bed sheets/ they did not have the same product (bamboo and cotton king size $59.99 after 50% discount). Instead he offered me to take the full cotton one that the price was $49.99 after 50% discount but didn’t offer to reimburse me the $10 difference. I did not say anything but I was not happy at all

There is a guy at counter named Winston charged me 5 extra dollars for this crape pan and he was taking away yellow discount ticket unattached in front of me. I found it was very suspicious and asked him to put that yellow ticket back in the bag with the pan. I just got home and found the guy charged me extra. Very bad experience .

Lots of bargins. Always with some sort of sale. But stopped enjoying here over last few years, as the layout of this store is with very narrow aslies, its definitely not family friendly store, prams, trolleys etc, would difficult to get in. Its overstacked with stock, which I find extremely hazardous. Staff are nice.

Very Bad customer service. They have a strict 7 day change of mind money back policy that they don't advertise in store. Flat out refused to refund when I took back the NOT USED unpacked fry pan I bought from them. Gift card was the best they could do. Sad. Not shopping there again.

Drove 20mins as other stores were shut but this store was meant to be open, got to the store another couple was outside with the same problem as the door shutters were slid across however not locked and the workers having a chat in the back

Not happy , tried to exchange the product I received from my Birthday , all tags and price still refusing without receipt , not friendly old lady . They are not interesting in good customer service .

The prices here are largely overinflated. Even with "Sales" on they still charge almost double the price sometimes of things that can be purchased online and shipped to your house.

They are little bit exaggeration with the "Discounts" 70%off + the price you pay after the discount is the market value anyway great variety of cooking ware , enjoy cooking . …
