Hunger Gains was recommended to me by my personal trainer as I struggle with portion/calorie control and I am so impressed!!! I have tried 5 different meal prep companies now and this is by far the tastiest and freshest. New menu every week (which none of the others have), and even though its obviously healthy food, the portion sizes and flavour are actually really great. I am definitely keen to stick with this for a while even after I hit my goals, just for the ongoing convenience. The customer service online and in person (for pick up) up is spot on too.

Absolutely perfect for anyone who wants fresh, delicious, nutritious food and variety in for their weekly meals. Each week you're given lots of different options, meaning no week is the same, I particularly like the sweet treats given complimentary with your weekly order. I love the concept of personalised service, biodegradable packaging and ordering from a customer led company. These meals are so delicious - I highly recommend for anyone looking for healthy options, that are convenient and very very tasty.

Finally a meal prep company that I love! I’ve tried quite a few and have been desperate to find meals that don’t taste like they’ve just come out of a deep freeze. Hunger Gains is fresh, real food, that makes you feel so satisfied! A great variety of meat protein and vego/vegan options! I also love that I can order on a Thursday (by 3pm) in time for a Sunday pick up. Means I can plan week by week and only order what I need, so avoid waste.

Convenient and tasty. As someone who isn’t prepared or creative in the kitchen this meal service/prep/plan has really helped me keep a balanced and varied diet. Another thing is that the food tastes just as amazing heated or cold. I work outdoors most of the week and don’t always have access to a microwave to re heat but it’s so tasty and full of flavour hot or cold. All in all, helpful for on the go people who don’t have time to cook!

I’ve been eating with hunger gains for a year now, I needed food to support my fitness journey and life style changes but as a busy person and someone who is useless at cooking I was really struggling to get the food I needed. Now that I order hunger gains weekly my body gets what it needs I feel fuller for longer I have more energy and it’s been a massive factor in me losing weight and feeling healthier! Thanks guys !

5* Meal Prep for sure! Each week the meals are fresh and tasty! Love the change up of the meals weekly and there are a perfect amount to choose from not too many that you miss out! 5* to the customer service as well, so friendly each week picking up meals and any questions they reply so quickly! 5* all round!!!

Healthy and delicious meal prep. You can pick up or get it delivered every Sunday, just in time for Monday. Have used them for a while now and it's so handy and easy, especially around sport/training to make sure you're getting the good food you need when you've got a busy schedule.

Amazing meal prep company, could not recommend them more. The food is healthy but tastes unreal! Having tried several different meal preps around Sydney this is by far the best one! Also great customer service as you can always get hold of someone regarding any questions!

HUGE FAN! There are always a variety of different options which they mix up every week. The food is super tasty and filling but healthy at the same time. You MUST try the Jerk Chicken & Katsu Curry, thank me later! I cant wait for my next delivery!
