last night i asked for a pensioners coffee with my ice cream and coke and the manager said I couldn't have one because I needed to order a burger. Anyway, maybe that's the rules but I have eaten at a different hungry Jack's every weekend. I don't normally get made to feel like that. This was disappointing. But this morning I came in and I had a voucher so I could order the bacon and egg roll. I don't eat bacon and Hannah was so kind enough to offer to put the sausage on it. I really appreciate the service and it was with a smile. Even the girl Avril cooking at the back looked up and smile. Thanks for making my experience pleasant. It's better to not sweat the small stuff and give staff the flexibility too move and groove a little bit and too make decisions . At the end of the day if the aim is to make the customs experience the best ever so much comes down to the staff. It's a really tough job and an important job. Thank you very much everybody.

To the ol' girl working hard on July 19th, 2022, at 10am. Just wanna say firstly, how pleasant she was when ordering (staff always sound busy on the drive through speaker), all the same - she did her job. When we met at the window to collect our food, she again exhibited her pleasant character, and with that we discovered that she was one of a few staff members who appeared to be operating with short staff. She had all the qualities an employer could ever want in an employee, hard working, well presented and friendly. Sorry to publicise this lady, but she also had a physical deficiency in her walk, from either injury or another reason. At her age she is a veteran! People who don't work because they say they have a 'bad back', are pathetic, in comparison. The food and coffee was great anyhow, and... we got our sauces for the kids nuggets!! Cheers!

i got an iced latte with almond milk, i watched them pour in soy milk and then was handed a cup of ice and milk, no coffee in it, when i asked if they forgot the coffee i also clarified that i asked for almond milk. an older lady came over and said theyll remake it bc they forgot to put espresso in it, i clarified with her that i wanted almond, not soy and she said ok. i watched them at the window pour in soy milk again. then the lid wasnt on properly when they gave it to me and it spilled over. i could taste and see that it was soy milk and not almond and then had a rash break out on my face from the soy. they could have just said they were out of almond milk. they should be honest about what ingredients they are using. dont go here if you have allergies

EVERY TIME WE GO TO ALDINGA BEACH HJ, something happens. Always get them to repeat and get docket. Today I ordered 5 meals with four extra cheeseburgers. It was all put into one bag so it made it hard to check. Then when we got home we checked the docket and they totally missed the extra cheese burgers. This is after the girl repeated the order. From now on I expect meal deals to come in their own bags so it makes it easier to check and also chips get put in on their side and fall out into bag. Then I went to give feedback and they only have home phone and not mobiles so you cant process feedback because they only have home phone option so if HJ this is the only place to give feedback.

My daughter worked here and when she started they put the wrong bank account number in for her pay and didn’t pay her it’s been 6 months and now she made a complaint with the fair work commission hungry jacks bank sent my daughter an email telling her to pay the $400 back that she’s never received What a disgusting company that rips off children of their hard earned money just pitiful of a huge company to do that they must be useless managers and people working in the pay department I hope your company gets a big fine from the government and they pass it on to the manager of this store From Angry Dad!

Hot chips with good amount of salt. Plenty of mayo in our chicken burgers. Overall great meal. HJs can always be hit or miss but this time was pretty good. They do have road works going on which is a bit tricky to navigate but hopefully they’ll be done in a few months.

Was on the way home, it was dark and wintery and my wife and I thought we'd buy some HJs. We tried the large Angus burger meal Deal. The burgers looked so good on the menu. Once we pulled over and tucked in to our burgers we were astonished as to how small and flat they were. The Angus flame grilled patty was burnt to a crisp and the salad was limp. Apart from that the chips were nice and the coke was cold. Could almost be a case of false advertising ?

Just came to this store. The short blonde girl with hair hanging out over her face has THE WORST customer service skills. She stood at the checkout, didnt say hello, didnt ask how she could help. Just stared at me blankly until I spoke. No manners, no smile. That was probably the worst service I've ever had from here. Seems like customer service isn't a required skill when u guys hire people. We never go into fast food places because it’s just a hassle, so always and usually go through the drive-through, but for a fast food restaurant it’s not very fast. HJ’s Noarlunga had put me off this franchise, I hadn’t purchased in 5+ years after several truly disgusting experiences back to back. My mate wanted to stop through here tonight, so I got a whopper (heavy lettuce, heavy tomato). It was truly best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Fresh, and made like the staff member cared. So good I rang them to ensure the staff member got a ‘thank you’ for putting some effort in. 10:45pm 25/11. Get that staff member to train people how to make burgers.

Found black hair under my burger trid to call them but number is wrong wont connect this issnt the first time there rude and dont get orders correct last time the girl sneezed on my soft serve said sorry and handed it to me knowing what she had done refusing the soft serve asking for another she got angery n said theres nothing wrong with the 1 im giving you and shut the window and stormed off utterly disgusted i just drove off shame on the workers at this hj.

It's Hungy Jack's,say no more.Service is slow,what happened to fast food and they always have some excuse why it is taking so long. Although the burgers tasted great...2 x Angry Whoppers,their presentation was lackluster. The burger box's were covered in greasy hand prints,and one of the burgers had fallen out the box because the box had not been done up properly. These meals are not cheap and I think staff need to realise this and show a bit more care w these high priced items.The fries were perfect.Ppl work hard for the money they hand over to feed their families.

Everytime myself or someome I know goes to thos joint, they forget half your meal. They are more than happy to charge you but do nothing about the food missing. It's not just one time but every time I've been! Deffinalty won't be going back and don't advise people to even stop here, just carry on and stop at HJ's in Seaford. You would waste the same amount of fuel going to Aldinga as have to turn back to complain anyway.

The food that was ordered and paid for was so greasy the roll feel apart leaving hot oily eggs on my lap as the waxed wrapping paper disintegrated in my hands! In actual fact I ordered 2 and the other was found to be no better. Hungry jacks, you need to address training issues in your OTR stores especially when your competition are very close and I will probably use them the next time.

At 4.30am i stood around for about 5 mins looking for someone to serve me, no staff in sight anywhere. I finally heard someone down the back who was sitting on a stool looked like she was asleep so i called out, the young girl finally unenthusasticly made her way to the front counter to say we can only except cash. I didnt have cash so i got breakfast next door at subway.

I have been to this store a few times and the food is usually great, but today it was one of the worst experiences, the burger wasn't very hot and the chips tasted as if they had been fried in old oil and had been sitting in the warmer for some time as they weren't hot and crispy either. I know they can do better. When you pay for HOT food thats what you expect to get

I always face issues with Hungru Jack's, each time the staff forget a thing or two and I have to check and tell them what to provide. This time happened twice, one with my meal, and the other with my son's meal. Other than that, the food is delicious as usual, the place is convenient located within OTR.

I do not understand how a place manages to get an order wrong everytime. Even then, with the food you did manage to receive it's disgusting/soggy/ putrid. Plus they always have half the bloody menu unavailable. However there is a older woman who is absolutely beautiful who always tries to make up for the incompetence of the rest of the workers :)

Always a pleasure to buy a double beef whopper with cheese. Very quick service, the staff looked like they wanted to be there. Very pleasant. Place was clean and tidy with staff cleaning off tables straight away. Toilet facilities were clean and tidy. Child noise was negligible due to outside play area. Good little store.

every single time i come here their frozen sour watermelon is in defrost. i even ask if they currently have it before ordering, they always say yes then once i have paid they tell us it is in defrost. should of gone maccas

Drove down from victor harbor to get hungry jacks at aldinga, Lady at drive thru didn't ask what size meal we wanted. And when we got are meal they were cold. Will never go there again, only thing good about there hungry jacks Is that aldinga has one. Please can someone Open one in victor harbor this year please.

Lovely clean and the staff were very helpful. I found the toilets were very overcrowded the toiletroll holder is too large for the space maybe a long one would be better in the ladys expecially the sanitry disposal is large so you either nearly sit on that or knock your knees on the toilet roll holder

Tried withdrawing cash, rudely got told go use the ATM, thats why i used drive through, so i didn't need to get my kids out the car who were sleeping. After being forced to drag them inside to the ATM, staff couldn't even break a $20 into 2x $10's for me. Just plain poor customer service and rude.

Horrible rude service, no card to be able to be used as computer systems are down. Took over 45minutes for the only worker to produce my meal after it sitting there for almost 15 minutes. He left counter so any sort of person could walk behind... I spent $56 to feel disappointed with cold food

They got my order wrong, which was fine at first. I politely asked them to correct it. An extremely rude young staff member, made it clear that she was not happy with me. Ive never encountered someone so rude in my life let alone someone who works in customer service.

Increadibly slow and disorganised on our most recent visit. Same older woman serving that my wife had to argue with previously because she took the order wrong and wouldn't admit her mistake. Used to be really reliable, but service is definitely slipping.

Management need to have a parking bay allocated for cars to wait in while waiting for orders to be arranged, because its creating long delays in the drive through, and food is going cold, people are wasting time and fuel etc It needs to be fixed urgently.

Terrible customer service!! Waited 10-15mins in the drive thru. In the end we drove out without anything. Why give them money after such a bad experience. Even waited in store and watched the worker walk away from a customer before she could order.

Mostly friendly & prompt staff. Downsides would be, a) trying to correct a order at the last window after the person taking the order doesn't quite put it through properly. b) all frozen drinks being out of order majority of the time recently

This place was awesome, friendly staff too - but one thing is that for some reason the Double Barbecue Bacon Stacker did not seem to exist in this particular HJs! It was wild, like something out of nightmare from my childhood (and adulthood)

Aldinga HJ Drive through got it wrong again!? I often end up with a smaller cheaper burger than I asked for and can't call them because the phone link on the website doesn't work and the number is wrong.

Quality of food was great and staff are friendly. Always takes way to long to be served and then for the food the be made. Perhaps the size shop isn't big enough to handle the amount of customers.

The worst hungry jacks around. The staff are rude and look like they hate their job. The food is always cold and they can never get an order right. I'd rather go hungry than waste my money here.
