This is the dirtiest most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The tables and floor were so dirt our feet stuck to the floor and we wiped a table with our own sanitary wipe and it was black with dirt. My husband spoke to the manager to express his disgut with the filthiness of the 'restaurant', to which his respose was to smile and say thank you for your feed back.To top it off the meals were stone cold and completely inedible. Threw everything in the bin. To make matters worses, as we went to the car, there was a junkie off her face next to it. Not Hungry jacks fault but it was the icing on the cake. I had my young children with me at the time, had to try to explain what was wrong with her. Will never eat Hungry Jacks again anywhere. If I could leave negative stars it would be -10 stars. I would appreciate a response from Hungry Jacks.

despite a practically empty restaurant there was only one clean bench to eat at, the wait for our meal was long by industry standards and we were missing a burger. once advised of the missing burger we where first told it was in the bag, on further insistance we were then told that it was because there was chips missing from the meal and that was the cause of the wait before it was immediatly procured from the service area with a distinct lack of extra chips. I've been sitting here for a total of 40 minutes and our table is still the only clean one. despite all this the food tasted fresh, having waited long enough for them to slaughter the meat though this was expected.

Received our replacement meals today, as an order we purchased yesterday definitely wasn’t up to par with the standard of what I’ve always known hungry jacks to be! Upon arrival, the manager (a youngy man) assisted us in sorting out our situation and definitely resolved the matter! He was so polite had fantastic customer service and I felt as if he was just so nice. I will say my partner thought he had such a beautiful smile, this didn’t bother me one bit as my roadhouse chicken burger was bloody beautiful! Thanks HJ’s Burwood food was delicious.. and as always the burgers are better at hungry jacks!

Got meals for 3 here close to midnight on a weekday. Got served quickly as the place was nearly empty and burgers were ready in less than 5 minutes. Burgers weren't piping hot/freshly cooked as I would have liked, but a little warmer than lukewarm and buns were cold. Chips were fresh and crisp if a little over salted. Obviously oversalting is an issue here as the customer in front of us returned his chips as too salty to eat. Toilets were quite worn and tatty although reasonably clean and the electric hand dryers only blew cold air.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice big tasty whopper (using the voucher deal) and two coffees. It was excellent value ! We will be doing it again. Whilst there we had a beautiful Kookaburra arrive from the bush land next door and sit on the fence right next to us. It showed no timidity and it was a delightful experience.

I thought advertisement photos were almost always not accurate compared to the actual product and I never expect fast food chains to deliver excellent burgers all the time. After all it is fast food. But boy oh boy, look at how gorgeous was this double whopper with cheese plus extra onion. Looked amazing and tasted great. Very impressed.

Sick and tired of always getting my orders fixed through drive through. Always making mistakes, usually handing out the wrong orders. Don't try and order online. You will pay for a nice meal to make delivery worth it and get delivered a small chips and a $2.50 barbecue cheeseburger instead.

I went to hungry jacks for lunch today. I had the best experience! Amazing food and amazing service. The young man at cashier brought us cups of water and put our rubbish in the bin for us. First class service! I left filled and feeling great! Thank you hungry jacks! We will be back!

It is very uncommon to get a great coffee from a fast food chain. And it is a real talent of making a good coffee especially with an ordinary coffee machine. Their team has one of the best coffee makers in Australia. The best!!!

This is one of the best Hungry Jacks branch in Australia, it is open 24 hours. The burger is fresh with quick service. The place is not big, but close to public transport, Deakin university and PLC school. Staffs are friendly and polite too. Thank you!

Decent enough service on most occasions, and no, don't always expect a thankyou or eye contact especially during peak hours. A real mixed bag of customers that frequent this store. Consistent enough service and food given the frequent nastiness that the staff have to deal with.
