Was a loyal customer of Hungry Jacks firle but the quality has started deteriorating over the time. I ordered 2 tendercrisp peri peri and waited 15-20 mins to get the order. Later, i took a bite and felt the taste to be odd. Not only there was no peri peri but the buns were totally burnt black! Didnt expect such ignorance from HJ!

Someone should tell them its better to have fresh burgers than microwave them! The bun was soggy, container wet and greasy from being microwaved and the burger was a mess in the box like it had been shaken.
