A big fan of the zamba big boss with cheese burgur at hungry Lion. They one of the few places that still uses a actual full sized fillet of chicken for the burger, but yesterday was really disappointing. They gave me a 15 minute wait time, got my burger almost 28 minutes later took my first bite, not only was it a regular chicken, not the zamba that I had ordered, it had none of the normal tomatoe or lettuce that give it texture and taste, and it had the plain mayo sauce not the Zamba, it was a complete waste of money and my time, and only found out once I got home. Extremely unhappy with the service.

I received the incorrect order, I paid for 8 pieces and only received 6, no coleslaw was included but I paid for it, also chose the zamba option and received half/half. I'm so disappointed and downright FURIOUS to think I paid for items I never received, DISGUSTING!!!!

I am really disappointed in the quality of the food. The wings was not crispy at all. It was soggy , half of the skin fell off, overall gross. The chips was not fresh at all. The nuggets was over fried and hard. Time and money wasted. Will not be going back anytime soon or ever.

Iwas there with my kids and my 3, sister's kids we had Tuesday special and we come there at 19:00 as I booked and guest what the service is so superb and the manager at that time he was so calm and friendly even with my kids.... Again thank you for kindness and caring.. And the meat was owesame my babies

Worst experience ever, no customer service. Waited over an hour for a take-away meal and still waiting. Staff are unbothered and merely responded you have to wait if you want your food. Appalling honestly. I enjoy the food, but with the attitude of the staff, can assure you I won't be back!

Worst horrible experience..... They said 15 minutes, guess wht..... It took more than 45 minutes...... And they ddnt even have the decancy to talk to us. How come they dnt hve name tags, cz I would hve name them here …

Just waited 30mins for my food just to be told by the cashier that they dont have spicy burgers. Why wait untill i had to come and ask for my food while the cashier knows what i ordered because when i asked she said they still busy. Weak service

Very bad service the cashier Sinazo she was full of attitude and rude and have a manner to backchat to me as a customer taking her own time to serve the customers in general I'm 100% sure I will never ever put my foot at hungry lion

2 times I didn't receive everything for my order, first time they never packed coleslaw in my order yesterday I ordered festive feast that has 7pieace they only packed 6pieces, seriously not happy with the service …
