Excellent and outstanding service from Caitlyn on Sunday March 6th. Although she was working on her own- she managed to keep an entire shop full of customers happy with her brilliant service. I was really impressed with her friendly service and attention to detail despite being very busy at Highpoint. Amazing work Caitlyn and I love the shoes- I'll be back. Thankyou so much. Great customer service and professional staff. Well located in a central location. There is a huge car parking. Opening hours are good. I love the combination of comfort, durability, price tag, and variaty of hush puppies shows. I am wearing for roughly 20years but never had complaints with them. With passage of time yes there is need for runners from them. Overall very nice experience. Thanks

Finally!!! A brand that carry’s large shoe sizes and actually stocks them in store! Lovely team at this hush puppies were so helpful and were very quick to help me. The selection of of boots were quite large for women and men so you definitely won’t fail to find something. Highly recommend if you need to find boots in a timely fashion!

Service from the guy here today was great. Should have asked the name to mention him here. Deserves a pay rise :) Had my mum trying on a size 5 runner type shoe and the guy was just far more helpful than expected. Had fantastic patience and understanding.

Not too good, this time! Wife is a life-long hush puppiest and was unable to locate her favourite shoe, and any alternatives did not have her size. Tried two stores. Disappointing!
