If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff would not listen to me and even walked away/ignored me. I tried twice to get a bigger size for my sister's shoes that she had just bought 3 days before and only worn to try them on. The store claimed that she couldn't exchange them because they were "worn" and the stars on the bottom looked a little flat (for the record I could not and still can't see what they mean). I went back to try to explain everything to them again and they claimed that when I came the first time they told me the reason they could not be exchanged was because they were all dirty and grey at the bottom (they are not as you can see in the photos). Shoes in the store were dirtier than these ones. The original pair my sister had bought were damaged and this time they claimed that she had probably ripped off the part that was damaged. The original shoes were the same size as the new shoes but did not fit her for some reason. When I asked if this could be a mistake on the label the girl replied "maybe her feet grew overnight". I was not even allowed to speak to the owner as they claimed that he did not have the time or energy to speak to me and probably wouldn't want to anyways. Will never go back to the store. Shoes are extremely overpriced anyways and staff is not helpful at all. You can buy the same shoes on the Nike website for a better price.

Très mauvaise expérience j'achète une paire de 500$ le vendeur ne me dis pas que je peux pas être remboursé je suis revenu 1h après au magasin pour remettre l'article je change d'avis, et la je me fais entendre qu'il peut pas remboursé ya que des échanges don lc je me retrouve coller avec 500$ dans ce magasin, il faut peut-être commencer à dire aucun remboursement,
