I got new OG gutters installed by this company a few weeks back. Initially when the gutters were being installed the installer dumped all the mud and rubbish on my brick paved back yard which needed pressure cleaning after he's done. I had to request him to respect my property or pay for damages. During installation he did not apply epoxy glue in some areas that needed. My renovation manager noticed this and told me that on site. When I inquired, I was rudely told that it didn't need that. Luckily my manager was there and he requested the man to apply glue properly, which he didn't have at the time. The manager did and he listened to the site manager. Once the gutters were installed one side of the front of the house gutters were not draining properly and collecting water. it needed fixing. When I emailed, I did not get a response from the company. When I called, I was rudely told " they can only be elevated as much as they can". My response was that I was disappointed and did not agree with her response. I reminded her that I may go to consumer affairs. I do not recommend this company based on my bad experience of poor quality work and unprofessional rude behaviour towards me. The gutters were actually a better brand and I paid them well for that. It's the most important aspect of their work which is professionalism that they lack.

The service I received from both khris and John was amazing to say the least. Probably the best company to deal with over our journey as owner builder. I highly recommend. There’s still hope in the building industry thanks to IAG. Don’t go anywhere else supporting family owned businesses where you are highly valued.
