I visited the store on 23/11/22 and was erroneously charged for 4 sandwiches when I only bought 3. I spotted this and had the cashier rectify. After leaving the store I checked the receipt and found I was charged extra for an item I didn’t buy. When speaking to the Manager (a lady called Sam) she was unapologetic and asked me if I hadn’t made mistakes before. I was accused of disrespecting her staff inspite of me not raising my voice or using language, I merely asked questions about the overcharge. She was extremely rude, never apologised and treated me as if it was my fault. Needless to say, They’ve lost a regular customer. Please beware of what you’re being billed for. Worst Manager attitude I’ve seen in retail.

Extremely disappointed by the items we have received through Uber Eats. The R2E2 mangos were black and rotten inside, the pineapple and rock melon were also rotten when we cut into it, the blueberries were thrown into the bag and had spilled and squashed against the heavier fruit. Also, the corn should be described as “packet corn” and not as corn each, adding to this, the packaging was ripped and the corn were stale, rotten and the worst quality. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of fruits delivered by this IGA. Will never again order through Uber eats from this branch.

WARNING DO NOT SHOP!!!!!!Store manager refused to return a bag dates i purchased that were off and out of date. He replies with "its only $4.50, you opened the bag". He was rude and arrogant, staff are all rude that work there. Stock is out of date out, sitting on shelves with dust on it. Thank god Woolworths will be opening down the road soon, they will be out of business no doubt. They have no idea what customer service is.

If I could give a minus I would. Got a $4.00 loaf of bread from here today and just went to make my husbands lunch for tomorrow and it's stale and is best before tomorrow. What a joke I am on the Disability Pension and can't afford more bread and since the guy serving didn't give me a receipt now I have to go without bread all week. So never had a problem with IGA until now. Thanks for nothing.

every time I go, the staff is rude and doesn't really engage. They need to work on their customer service skills. Wearing AirPods and listening to music while serving is rude. They don't even smile. Would rather go to the servo and pay $3 more or travel ten minutes instead to get a better interaction.

Had items on Uber Eats marked do not substitute which were substituted anyway with no notification. Returned them to the store and they said they would organise a refund which hasn’t happened. Obviously couldn’t be bothered to check properly or just hoped I wouldn’t complain.

Modern store with a good range of products. Prices are little higher than Woolies or Coles but it's independent so expected. Easy parking and friendly staff. Downside: Sometimes they forget marked items are on special so always double check the totals before paying.

A little overpriced on some items but extremely convenient for me as it's very close. Many times are sold out of the product you need. Just went to buy sweetened condensed milk and are sold out. Also fresh bread such as rolls are lacking. Staff are polite.

First time at this store, travelled out of my way and did a click and collect order because they had an item in stock that I had trouble finding elsewhere and specifically needed. Well past collect order time, no email that order is ready,

Convenient local supermarket. Generally have good specials on chocolate and spirits. Often the special price on the tag doesn’t come up at the register. Can’t be bothered arguing over a couple of dollars so just pay it. Frustrating though.

My experience at IGA Cranbourne West was terrible. My Wife had sent me a photo of the Milo family pack advertised for $3.75 and had asked me to pick up 3 boxes on the way home. When I was there they had a very small cereal section so I

Fantastic IGA store with most items reasonably priced. Their roast chicken is cheaper than woollies and coles and has extra flavour. Now do most of our shopping here. Their opening times are fantastic as well.

Very happy that it was open on Xmas day to get a few things we forgot. Friendly staff great customer service. Will be back. Orderd online as well and the order was right.

Shop here because I'm going to the gym nearby. Sometimes the price is not accurate so you better recheck the receipt. A couple of times I have to go back to complain.

Bought rocket in a packet- date ok - when I got home it was wet and soggy. Threw it in worm farm! Not good enough! Check your refrigeration is working properly!

Convenient and helpful. Love having this IGA close by, makes emergency shopping easy. Careful however with dates of food, but staff will help you out willingly.

Purchased mushrooms on 24th January, silly that we didn't check the dates after the stories of this IGA when it first opened. These were packed on 6th Jan

Don't ever ubereat orders from this shop. Will get your order wrong even if you ask for no replacement of similar items and refund.

Friendly and helpful staff. I do like how the stock locally grown chicken from bendigo. Supporting small businesses. Great work

Constantly take orders for things they don't have in stock then just quietly refund the items on Uber with no notifications.

Rude staff. Can't even buy 3 dollars worth of bacon. Go to Cranbourne East IGA to be Treated properly and to be respected

Always friendly service. Great store to pop in for a quick shop. Fresh fruit and veg and well stocked.
