Absolutely disgusting service. My mother-in-law went into this shop on Thursday with my 4yr old son and asked the owner whether a particular hat came in different sizes and the man rudely replied “only one size”. She proceeded to try on the hat and noticed that there were different sizes so she told him that there are different sizes. He then started to abuse her and told her to get out of the shop. My 4yr old had a ball in his hand so she went to pay for it and the owner snatched it out of my 4yr olds hand and told her to get out. This incident was raised with the security guard and his reply was “we have a lot of problems with them”. I couldn’t be more disgusted, especially the treatment of a 4yr old boy. They should be ashamed. Not to mention that my partner has been served in the same shop by their 6yr old previously. I’m pretty sure that’s not legal

This shop is great it has beautiful gifts iteams and the people that work there are always kind
