We especially appreciated the fact that our manager, Andrea Murgia, not only gave us all the information regarding each stage of the process from comprimis to the sales deed and support we needed but went the extra mile and accompanied us to the notary’s office for the reading of the contract just in case there were any language problems (since we don’t speak French). We also appreciated his attention to the detail which contributed to avoiding any unpleasant surprises and a positive approach.

When I reported that there was a water leak from the upper floor, they immediately came to see how my house was damaged. A friend of mine recommended me to go to Immocity as we were looking for a home in Luxembourg. At the agency, I was warmly welcomed (little gestures get a long way - delicious treat with coffee is always nice) and Marie and Romain took the time to understand our needs, criteria, budget etc... We arranged several visits, found our future home, and the overall process was really flawless. I highly recommend Immocity. We signed a contract with Romain, and we can’t be happier. He was very professional- he knows well about the market, and he had good plans to sell the property. Every time I sent an email, he always replied back right away. He is also very sympathetic, and he was a good listener and tried his best to meet our needs. Bad communication. Didn’t fix the issues in our appartment for the whole 6 months I was renting from them. My room wasn't cleaned before i entered. When I already returned home they claimed I had damaged my mattress. They didn’t provide proof of installation or a receipt for the new mattress, but continued to take €500 from my deposit (very expensive especially as they claimed to have bought a second handed mattress).

Mon mari et moi cherchions un appartement à Luxembourg depuis longtemps, nous avons fait le tour des agences du Luxembourg aucune n'a su nous satisfaire. Puis un ami nous a recommandé Immo City. Sans convictions nous avons essayé, et ils nous ont trouvé le bien parfait pour nous! De plus l'accueil chez eux est top! Si je dois de nouveau déménager c'est vers eux que je me tournerai!
