If you give us an online review, we will arrange a visit: I rented my current apartment through Immoneuf Luxembourg. Everything started pretty well, until after signing the contract I requested a fourth visit to measure a specific space as by that time, I was looking to buy furniture. I asked for a possibility to visit the apartment again, but also indicated that, if it's not possible, I could still wait until I move in. The estate agent responded by asking me to give them a review as online presence is important. By that time, I thought I would definitely give them a good review, even if they had come back saying that it was not possible to arrange another visit. But for me to write that review, I had to wait until after I got the keys to the apartment first. However, the response I got, after promising that I would definitely give them a review, blew my mind off. "Good morning. Sure, take your time. Then I will wait until you write it and we will organise another visit! Thanks." I could not believe my eyes that Immoneuf Luxembourg was basically blackmailing me to give them an online review in exchange for them arranging another visit to the apartment for me, yet I had already even paid the agency commission by that time!

Thank you to Kevin and Polina for helping us rent our first apartment in Luxembourg! The service was speedy and professional. They were able to respond to my questions and give me updates on the status of the rental within reasonable times. Even if their service ends after the apartment is rented, I still received responses to my additional questions. I highly recommend Immoneuf if you are looking to rent here in Lux.

Une agence qui ne se préoccupe pas des soucis...tant que c'est loué après on s'en fout. 3 semaines d'attente pour un problème d'infiltration d'eau et toujours pas de nouvelles. Appartement loué dans un état de crasse inexplicable (même pas de service de nettoyage avant d'entrer dans les murs) Vraiment déçu du manque de disponibilité du propriétaire qui met la faute sur les locataires pour chaque soucis.

Der Makler hat immer sofort geantwortet, es gab sehr schnell einen Besichtigungstermin, eine rasche Klärung offener Fragen, der ganze Prozess von Besichtigung, Verhandlung, Unterzeichnung bis Übergabe verlief schnell, professionell und in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Zu empfehlen!

Company does not care about tenants or the tenants rights, they only look out for the landlords even if problems arise in the apartments that are rented! Be careful at the end if rental agreement, low chance you will recover your deposit.

The company is extremely irresponsible to customers by just trying to rent out apartments as quickly as possible and then not caring and solving problems later on. This company also scams employees into working and not paying them.
