I was given this companies details by a colleague who recommended them for their quality of service and quoting fair prices. I called Paul and explained i had a quote from another roofer who were trying to over charge for some repair work to my chimney and a leak on my roof extension. Paul explained he doesnt normally work over by my area but could hear i was rather distressed about the whole situation.( You know how it is when you have a leak coming in, you just want it sorted..) Although Paul was busy he still offered to get over to me as soon as he could but just to bare with him..True to his word, he phoned and arrange to come over one morning and take a look at what I needed doing. Paul was the only person that actually went on my roof to examine the problem. He even took photos to show me so I could see for myself. I was given a reasonable quotation which included what was to be done..with no hidden costs, and which seemed pretty fair..Although I didnt go with Paul it was only due to me looking to have it done sooner and nothing else So really, I just want to Thank Paul for being genuine , fair and going that extra mile to try and help me out. They came soon after the emergency phone call. Not only fixed the problem in the porch but also noted potential future problems in the deterioration of tiles and ridge of overhanging gable end resulting from "drop" after window frames were changed. All work completed in three days. Quotes for work are free. Boss Paul is personable and well experienced. Many of his workers have been with him for more than 10 years. It took two more visits to cure the problem completely. Each time the workers removed tiles and tested for water ingress. Each time they attended to suspicious areas. I have great faith in the company and fully recommend it.

We moved into our first house which was built in 1935 with the original roof. The building survey highlighted some roofing issues. They come round to inspected the full roof along with the survey and advised what needed replacing and what did not. We decided to go with an entire new roof. The lads that have completed the work are top draw! Very professional! They kept me up to date with the progress at all times and went above and beyond to make sure all the little bits were done correctly. Highly recommend this firm! completely transformed the look of our home from 1935 to 2020 and we have peace of mind that we have a solid roof.

We have been using Imperial for years at different properties. Paul, and his Dad before him, have always done a fantastic job and been fair on price. Recently they completed a big job for us with ridge tiles, hips and chimneys all needing attention. The job was completed on time, despite having some extras done at the same time, and on budget. Lately Paul talked himself out of a job we thought needed to be done, but it was a different problem and we actually did not need to have any work done! This firm are superb, they worked so hard and the quality of the work is second to none. My very elderly father was treated with patience and respect, as was I. His garage has brand new roof, and all the old materials, including asbestos were removed from the site, they followed all the safety legislation for the removal of the asbestos. The new roof looks amazing, as do the bonnets, that were reset on the roof. When all the work was finished, everything was swept up and tidied. My thanks to all the guys, that worked on this, you really are expert in your field. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have used Imperial on three separate occasions and all times have been very impressed and pleased with the work. Paul came out straight away and reasonable quote followed swiftly. Workmen arrived as per schedule/arranged, all mess cleaned up. Doesn't seem to matter whether the job is large or small, from 1/2 a day to a weeks work, it all gets the same attention to detail and urgency. I've used Imperial Residential three times now. Works included ridge tiles renovation, pointing brickwork, fascia board replacement and putting a new roof on our side entrance. John and Daniel designed and built the side entrance roof from scratch. They built in a new hidden gutter so not imposing on neighbours boundary and added skylights for light. They also helped with repairs on the large surface that faces our neighbours property so it all looks really smart. They were polite throughout, timely and everything was left clean and tidy. We've been really happy with them.

Paul and his team repaired and recovered our roof in October 2019. Job was done quickly and efficiently. They also replaced the fascia on our garage in January. When I cantacted Paul on Monday to report that the roof was leaking slightly following the storm over the weekend, he aranged for his team to return this morning. After investigating the problem it was found that the edge of the felting hadn't sealed completely, allowing water to creep under the new covering. This has now been rectified. They have recently installed French Doors in the kitchen with a step out into the garden. They worked efficiently and professionally.
