I have to say from the moment i spoke to Rob on the phone to the point he left our property he has been fantastic. When i called to explain the issue of the mould in a bedroom he explained what the issue could be and also how i could potentially look at fixing this myself. He agreed to come out and take a look for us. He arrived and straight away told us that the issue was not as big as 1st thought. He then proceeded to do the work that was needed and went above and beyond. While he was with us we asked him if he could take a look at one of the other rooms where we had an issue. He checked the roof on the back of the house and identified the issue straight away and fixed it for us. The best thing about this whole experience was that he could have carried on and said we still needed the more expensive work doing. However, he was very open and honest and i will recommend Rob to anyone that needs work doing on their roof. Fantastic service from a very professional and friendly guy.

I was very impressed with RA Roofing today. I had a leak at the flu for the central heating boiler. When I enquired about the job I was given a quote which I thought was reasonable so I accepted. When he came to do the job, he actually charged me about half the original amount. Also I showed him some marks and dents on the ceiling in hall and signs of mould on the wall which made me think that there may be another leak on the roof. He checked it out and said no sign of leaks. Very honest, he could tricked me into doing unnecessary work. He repaired flashing around a chimney last year. I recommend RA Roofing.

Rob and him team came over to repair some ridge tiles on my roof and install a bird mesh around my solar panels. On the day, the team arrived promptly and installed everything to the best possible standards. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work, the speed of the response (and work) and the price. Some of the best professionals I have ever encountered (…and over the last 20 years in the area of East Birmingham I have employed many to know that good professionals are very rare to find). I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and , most definitely, I would employ them again.

Rob and the team at RA Roofing are brilliant !!! They replaced my gutters and fascia’s after they gave me a fantastic price.They turned up on time and did the job and cleaned up everything after they finished. What a fantastic job !!! Rob and the team (Steve and Ben) did a fantastic job for us, arrived on time and from that point on I could not fault anything at all. Kept very professional, work was immaculate and always kept a clean working environment. If there was anything I wasn’t to sure of the team ensured I was fully aware and that I was happy with each stage of the work carried out. No disposal certification. Site left with asbetos in rubble that I had to clear. Unsafe practices. Plant materials were not removed. More than 6 cubic metres left for a disabled person to move into a skip, not supplied. Left without a roof for 4 months. Gave up and got another roofer to complete the job. I cannot give any positive feedback for this company. Totally let down and ended up paying far more for the complete job than the original quotation.

Fantastic! Great blokes, worked so hard every day. On time, pleasant, Rob kept me informed of what was being done, photos shown of works going on I could not see from ground level. People passing commenting on the work, so much so my next door neighbour and a chap up the road are having theirs done. Next door as started today. Time waster. Having made me wait 6 weeks as he booked me in then cancelling and saying I'm going to ring tomorrow day after and fob off after fob off. Absolutely nothing ignores call. Why agree to start work then not turn up or have the decency to make an appointment he arranged. My whole house project has been delayed by months as the plasterers were booked in to come once the roof was done.

Rob and the team recently installed a new full roof as well as a full extension roof and guttering. Excellent communication from start to finish from Rob and the team, very pleased with the standard of work. Can't express just how good and honest this company and their staff are. Completed the main job within days of a quote and even sorted other existing problems with my roof I didn't even ask about. Great contact throughout the job with pictures being sent constantly as I wasn't present. Very quick and completed to what appears to be a very high quality!

Not used their services but will do in future, so far have been great in helping with my roof leak and how to solve it unril im ready to start a complete job, im currently in the middle of a garden refurb so the last thing i wanted was a flat roof leak..will use them for the flat roof options in future as have done great jobs on their facebook page

Called these guys after a cowboy builder left us in a mess with poor workmanship, and a badly fitted flat roof. We had to have the whole thing done again. My flat roof garage was leaking and some of the timber had rotted. Rob cut out and replaced the rotted timber and took off old felt and replaced with new felt. Had three torrential downpours since the work was done and all bone dry. Very happy with the work and price. Excellent company.

Rob came round at very short notice and replaced a broken tile and replaced broken guttering. Did a great job and spotted other problems and fixed for us. Really impressive work and very good price. Could not have been more helpful. Will use again and fully recommend.
