The worst passport service facility in Delhi, don't ever opt for an appointment here and if u do be prepared to shell out 4-5 hrs of urs. They don't have proper staff to deal with crowd,it's just one employee for 100 applicants.better to opt for ITO herald office they have brilliant facility there.

Very Bad service, I called them multiple times on the landline no, however no one is available to answer the call. They don't even bother to pick a call , neither the delivery the courier on time, every time we have to collect the courier manually, worst service they give to people.

Patparganj Post Office is situated opposite to Sanjay lake and near HP petrol pump. It offers all post office schemes. Adhaar updation and passport seva kendra also. Car parking is available. If any grievances may contact Asstt supdt Gazetted officer on top floor of PO.

There are an around 4 Counters but counter number 1 from left side always been crowded and worst part there server either slow or down resulting customer have to wait an average 30-40 minutes to make any transaction ....delegation of duties not been assigned properly. .

One of the worst service and making any one angry. 1st of all there is no telephone in this office. If you try dialing the number it will say call can't be connected. I am really fed up. I have already registered a complain against this office.

I just came here for a enquiry and came to know that Post office Lunch time is 12:15 Pm to onwards where as per government policy the time is 1:30 Pm to 2:30 Pm!!! It’s very bad act!!
