Nice people. Very helpful. Inexpensive and easy to print and copy documents as well as fax documents. Don't need a card to use computers. If you go over your time allotted on a PC, just ask and someone will extend your time. As long as they're not busy, you can get a lot longer then an hour. Which is awesome for someone who researches a lot and currently has no working printer. Place us very clean and inviting. They also have classes, meetings, etc. It's all on their website. And it's conveniently located right next to the high school. Go here all the time.

I absolutely adore this library! They have great programs for kids all through summer, reading programs, movie days with snacks and drinks, basically anything they can do to lend a hand to kids whose families are struggling a bit, some of my lunches used to come from here! When I went to the high school nearby I would walk over after school to do my homework and the ladies up front were always very kind and even helped me with a couple questions here and there! Truly a good place w good people.

Much of the staff has been here as long as I can remember. That's already a pretty good indicator of the quality of this library. Even though it's small, there is always an abundance of good books (and of course you can get any book delivered here from other Indy libraries). Lots of computers to do work on, and there are tons of programs for kids, not to mention the summer reading program that lets kids get prizes for reading. One of my favorite libraries.

I love this library! I'm from a small town in Northeast Indiana called, "Ossian" (south of Fort Wayne) and every time I come here the librarians are always so nice, helpful, polite, caring and are willing to assist not only me, but the other patrons that come in, as well ---- just like my hometown library! We LOVE the Decatur library. I visit weekly with my two children. The staff are always kind and helpful. My kids love playing educational games and reading books on the computers. There's also a small area in the back for children to build with soft blocks and listen to an audiobook under the tent. Children can also play with dolls, puzzles, and cook with play food.

I work for a group home and I bring one of my developmentally disabled clients here at least once a week. The majority of the staff is very helpful and friendly and we usually don't have any issues. This week 2 of the staff were incredibly rude to him. One of the staff screamed at him and another asked why he wasn't capable of checking out his movies himself.

Been going here for a few months and was there the other night and a couple of kids spent 40mins running up and down the isles, yelling, and being excessively loud. I put my earbuds in and could still hear them. I know some go there to meet with a tutor and I don't see how. The parent nor staff said a word and allowed it.

This is one of my favorite locations. They are a bit limited on their books do to being a smaller branch. But they are so helpfull in locating what you need and having it sent over, there is no need to go down town. I always enjoy speaking to any of the ladies working there.

Not much selection, and the security guard takes his job too seriously. He came outside to the borders of the parking lot to tell me I can't smoke on the property. He was very angry and scary. Not a good institution for learning.

Great people! Great programs! Great selection! Great library! The staff is like family because most of them know my entire family. I love them all for being a supportive force in our family. We love the Decatur Branch Library!

I like the ease of accessing materials from here and the staff is very helpful. However, it is noisier than I'd like by the patrons visiting this location. Not an ideal study location.

This place is the best I go there more than once a week! The ladies at the front desk are so nice they help with every thing. I love the Decatur library!
