I go to this library several times a month and get movies for the family. The Liberians have been nice for the most part. My complaint is what they allow. I was in there this evening and a woman was on her phone talking very loudly for at least 10 min. I was having a hard time reading and concentrating on what I was doing. This isn't the first time they have allowed loud and uncourteous behavior. I was raised to be quiet in a library and respectful. I was under the impression if you were not then its the job of the librarian to ask you to be quiet or go outside and finish your call or whatever else. Other libraries I've been to do not allow what is being allowed at this location. It is close to home and convient. Hopefully they will start getting more complaints and do something about it.

I WILL GO PERSONALLY TO THE BOARD AND SHOW THEM WHAT YOUR ANSWER WAS AND WHAT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. "Address not found" THIS LIBRARY SHOULD BE CLOSED!!! STAFF IS LAZY & DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS IN WHICH PEOPLE ARE LOUD TO ASK THEM TO LOWER THEIR VOICES IN AN ASSERTIVE MANNER. LACK EXPERIENCE. IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A PUBLIC LIBRARY COMPARED TO OTHER PUBLIC LIBRARIES IN DIFFERENT STATES AND COUNTIES. I AM A DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN STUDENT IN INDIANAPOLIS AND I NEEDED LESS NOISE TO CONCENTRATE. I DID NOT ASK FOR MUCH. I HOPE THE COMMITTEE THAT RUNS THIS LIBRARY BECOMES AWARE OF MY REVIEW AND RE TRAINS THE STAFF.

This is the second time in the last month or so that I've had to check out some services at the library. The employees there are always super nice and super helpful. I had to print out some stuff off of the computer to send out and the young lady that helped me was awesome & actually just tried to do everything for me. She kept checking up on me & made sure I was taken care of and I was really appreciative. They're also stocked full of tons of new books, DVDs, Blu Rays, periodicals, & plenty of computers with great internet access and wifi. I had a great experience and everything there was super easy to navigate and figure out and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd def refer anyone there of they have any such needs.

I have been coming to this Library since I was a little girl with my mother! I remember thinking the world of the chilrens area and so did my three sisters! Now, as a 18 year old I appreciate how much I have grown and "lived" many lives as I say-through reading the books provided here. I have never engaged myself in any of the programs but judging by the number of kids and teens who do I can imagine they have something to offer. Since the renovations are finished and the library is back to its full potentional I give this location 5 stars, for sure! Do not judge the location of the library but the services and joy it brings to every user.

I had a question about renewing a book. I handed the short, foreign employee my library card (which I borrowed from my Dad) and she started yelling at me and treating me like a child. When I asked her to treat me with respect she accused me of stealing my Dad's library card. When I spoke with the manager about it she barely apologized. I asked for that employee to apologize and she looked me straight in the eye and lied, saying that she never said those things. They also rarely have books in stock so most things have to be ordered and the wait time is ridiculous. Save your time and go to another library!

Very noisy library. Can't concentrate. Kids running around. Kids go from one computer to another when their time is up. It's not a library, it's a daycare. Kids are there without adult supervision. When kids are their with an adult, the adult is just as loud. Kids are waiting outside for the library to open. At least 6-8 kids and they all go to the computer.

:)Staff is delightful also very helpful to your informational needs as well as finding books or movies! Even if you don't understand computers they still smile and work with you with a great positive attitude. Never looking down upon anyone with less knowledge or experience % is what they give. Too noisy! Kids are screaming and adults are talking in loud voices. Librarians don’t shush or attempt to keep it a peaceful place, like they used to. Adults on the computers, just talking on phones like it’s nothing. Do not come here to study or attempt to get any work done.

This public library was the first public library I've ever been in, in my life. The staff was so helpful and nice! It's well organized and quiet which I love, my best friend often comes there often and taught me a lot of stuff about the library.

It sounds like a daycare. What happened to Library voices? Years ago staff would send messages to our computers to quiet down now there are parents and staff shouting over the noise. So much for a quiet place to study.

Noisy library, kids run around yelling and screaming and there is horrible smell when you first walk in. I only come here on Sundays if I need to do something because the library closer to me isn’t open on Sundays.

Recently renovated (2016), very clean and nice. Free WiFi and a nice selection of tables and cubicles. There are a variety of seating options for reading and working, as well as two small conference rooms.

This old lady kept coming at me saying I was causing "commotion" when it was the kid sitting by me and I found it funny and I giggled a little bit then she yelled at me?!

With the selection of things to watch, I've decided to start reading again. It's been awhile. Looking forward to learning more about history. The staff are wonderful!

I love this library. It's not too big but not too small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also has good activities for toddlers and elementary school age children.

Love this library! They have a wide variety of movies. Very nicely decorated. The one thing that I would suggest is that they order more variety craft adult books!

Nice selection of books. Good staff. Now its renovated so you can't beat it. Lots of stuff for kids. Classes, meeting rooms and internet facility available.

Not a particularly nice library even though the carpet and lighting are new. This is a small branch and the study rooms are not insulated from noise at all.

The place is great but the computers are not up to date, it seems that they only worked on the building itself with no regard for the computers.
