Worst customer service. They seldom co-operate with you. First they don't go to deliver posts to your step, and if they ever go and find the door locked, that's it, they would forget the letter as if it was never posted. Such unprofessionalism is seriously condemnable. When I tried calling to post office, nobody ever picked up. No wonder people don't trust India Post anymore. If there were no Ecom, India Post would have sunk like BSNL. This is a useless department handled by useless people. Wish I could post this without giving any star.
