Have been lucky enough to have visited this centre a number of times, which for myself takes around an hour to get there, dependant on traffic conditions. At this point, my favourite shopping centre/mall. Has great access from the Hwy or city, with multiple parking areas on most sides of the building and multiple levels. Parking is free for the first three hours and in very reasonable parking fee after this time. Should you be there all day, you can have your parking validated, therefore making it free parking, as long as you can produce receipts of certain amount (spend value can vary for this service, so best to check at the information desk) Information desk is located close to the center of the building on the 2nd level. The centre has four (4) levels all accessible via multiple elevators and or multiple escalators located regularly through out. The shopping here I personally find excellent, with a huge selection of quality stores ranging from pop-up shops to hair and nail salons, grocery stores (Aldi, Woolies and Coles), Kmart, JB HiFi, Surf and Skate stores to Mr Toys to name just a few. All stores are located inside the very well laid out centre, with easy access to and from all stores. Multiple public toilets are available and very clean. The centre also has a Cinema on the upper level. A large food court with great selection of foods to suit all are available and multiple coffee shops located regularly through the entire shopping centre. Oh on that, if you just fancy a tea/coffe and a snack, if you haven't tried them yet and you are able to, Brooklyn Coffee and Donut shop is located in the food court area and for me has the best donuts i've tasted hands down and at reasonable prices. A big surprise to me (not having had chance to visit this centre for quite a while) was the addition of an AutoMall. A fantastic idea that basically has a smart, shiny car dealership area. YES, this allows you to visit multiple car brand dealerships INSIDE the centre, superb idea in my opinion. Dealers include Fiat and Volskwagen to Alph Romeo and my personal favourite Jaguar/ Land Rover, brilliant. As mentioned previously, my favourite shopping centre and if you able to, i highly recommend a visit, you won't be diasapointed. Thank you.
Great range of shops but most of them are very expensive. 90% of shops are out of the affordable average person but they have many more affordable options like target, big W, k mart,. Myers was empty of staff and stock they even told me other shops to try.( see myers write up,funny cause so bad) has most banks and nab is open Saturdays from 10am to 1.30pm. Permanent closure for 2 months to renew in about 2 weeks. Couldn't find David Jones. Plenty of men's shops cheap and expensive so no excuses men! Has 8 cinemas with gold class on top floor. It's not cheap but has everything you want, you can book online for movie and seat selection plus your own fast track isle to get tickets. Normal line up can be huge, long and people behind you trying to move you forward breathing on you!( HELLO COVID DISTANCE). Plenty of disabled parking and access to everything in shopping centre especially cinemas. Everything is clean and beautiful with not much to complain about except MYERS. The food court has pretty much everything to desire from usual, international cuisine and a fantastic lolly shop. I sneak them into movie, don't tell anyone ha. It has a very very busy post office that does banking. Accross from that is peerless dry cleaning 35 yrs it's been there packed with clothes so it must be good. Now ladies there's a special riskay underwear shop 2 shops past Cafe one. It's called Lady Birdette I took photos it doesn't leave much to the imagination and is very very expensive so if you want to surprise your man and have$$$ then what you waiting for. You get truly beautiful or hot underwear. Myers told me to go there cause they had nothing!! Lots of fresh produce outside coles ,meat, vegetables and so on. It all looks delightful but that comes at a huge cost. I can't review everything so if you have any questions remember I'm here 24hrs. Beautiful big shopping centre with something for everyone, very clean and tidy they run around everywhere . December 2022 update. All electrical equipment and machinery not hidden has now been installed, and hidden behind newly painted walls and bright lights that look well done and fancy around NAB and Coles Supermarket.
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre truly caters to all budgets and tastes, making it a shopping destination that has something for everyone. One of the standout aspects of the mall is the diverse range of shops it offers, spanning from more affordable options to higher-end establishments. For those seeking budget-friendly finds, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre houses popular stores like Kmart, where you can discover great deals and affordable fashion, home goods, and more. These stores provide excellent value for money and are perfect for bargain hunters. On the other hand, if you have a taste for luxury and upscale shopping, the shopping center also features a variety of high-end shops and boutiques. From renowned fashion brands to exclusive specialty stores, you'll find a curated selection of premium products and designer items to indulge in. This wide range of shop options is what makes Indooroopilly Shopping Centre so special. It offers the convenience of having both affordable and high-end retailers in one place, allowing shoppers to explore and choose according to their preferences and budgets. Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly purchase or seeking a more luxurious shopping experience, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre has you covered. With its varied selection of shops, it ensures that every shopper can find what they're looking for, making it a go-to destination for all shopping needs.
Large shopping centre with all shops you could need from budget to high end (except Big W but I guess there's Kmart and Target). First 3 hours is free or 4 hours if you've watched a movie. Make sure to keep your movie ticket as you need the barcode to validate the parking on the pay machine. The amount of car parks and entrances could be confusing at first, you really have to visit a few times to know where you want to park. The same could be said for most large shopping centres though. The layout of the centre is fairly straight forward with most of it being in one direct line except for some shops off the one side on level 2 and/or 3. They used to have a great indoor play area for kids so it's a shame that's now gone. There's 3 play areas in total within the shopping centre although they're quite small and only really suit kids up to 5 years old. One is on level 2 near Target, another on level 1 near donut king and the third is on level 1 near Woolworths. Variety of dining options as well near the cinemas and time zone. They have a hand washing station in the middle of the food court which is great as I've never seen before, and I also noticed a smart recycling bin.
In my opinion, the shopping mall is not designed in the best way possible. It is huge and lacks flexibility, and I always get lost whenever I visit it. Even after several visits, I am still confused about the layout of the shopping centre. It is situated in the hilly Inoorpoopilly suburb, and my friend and I once got lost while driving to this mall. It's even more difficult for people who don't drive because there are several bus stations scattered around the shopping centre. If you try to look up the bus route on Google Maps, you might be guided to a bus station that appears close, but in reality, it's not easy to find, and you might miss your bus. Additionally, if you take a train, you have to walk a few distances to reach the mall, which can be a hassle. Overall, I don't think this shopping centre is a pleasant place to visit. The management should consider putting up more signs to guide the customers to the different areas of the mall. It would be great if they could make it easier for customers to navigate the shopping centre. On the other hand, Toowong Village is a smaller mall, but it's much easier to access, which makes it a better option for me.
Good, but parking needs to be addressed. This is the biggest shopping centre in the western half of Brisbane. The counterpart to Mt Gravatt in the south and Chermside in the north. You will find shops here that you can't find elsewhere in Brisbane outside the biggest shopping centres or the CBD, e.g. David Jones and Lululemon. The centre itself is a very pleasant place to be. It could use an upgraded food court like Mt Gravatt. Many shops also close amazingly early on Sunday like 3-4pm. The main problem with this place is the carparking situation. The carpark is a maze and very badly designed. It is a nightmare. We've literally entered, been unable to find a park, then been trapped in an endless queue of cars trying to escape. The centre management seem to be aware, because they even have traffic controllers in their on weekends and busy days, which must be costing them a fortune. At this point, they just need to bite the bullet and rebuild the carpark section-by-section to be more logically structured and flow better. We avoid shopping there unless absolutely necessary because it is impossible to park on the weekend.
Majority of the time here my experience has been pleasant in the 2.5 years I’ve been in the area. However I did notice the increase in supermarket product prices (or this area in general). The aisles in Coles especially are a lot narrower than other Coles. Something I want to mention are the cleaners (who you usually see at the food court and toilets) having a good old chat and accidentally opening the disabled toilets when I have been in there. Once was my fault for not locking, second time (which was today) there was a man who knocked a few times which I had answered to but he probably didn’t hear, then opened it with another female cleaner present which allowed others to have passed by while I was sitting facing people. This was uncomfortable. The female apologised and both left the scene. This is not ok. Please retrain staff to not open toilets especially when it’s bright lit red occupied! To leave on a positive note, wifi isn’t too spotty. There’s been additions such as the food court taps which I like and more shops which have recently opened that gives variety. Small arcade. All in all, ok.
The car parking staff at Indooroopilly shopping centre are horrendously rude and unhelpful. My coworker had an awful experience this morning at staff parking. She is always made to wait for upwards of 20 minutes to be let into and out of the carpark, but regardless she is always kind and conscientious in the manner in which she speaks to staff. This morning, she was waiting to be let into the carpark, and the gate would not open for her. She called the parking staff and was met with horrific verbal abuse from the staff member who picked up her call. He proceeded to lecture her about the parking and spoke to her in an extremely aggressive manner. She remained calm, but the experience deeply upset and shook her. This isn’t the first time that this has happened with the parking staff. These staff need to be spoken to sternly about customer service. There is never an excuse for verbal abuse.
I love this place!!! My favorite store is JB-HI-FI!!! It's my favorite cause they let me play games on the phones and I love watching movies on their big TV's!!! Whenever I leave JB-HI-FI I try to steal a TV but since I have ADHD they let me go and I always make sure to give ALL the staff a JB-HI-FIVE!!! LOVE IT!!! My second favorite store is the AUTOMALL!!! I love sitting in the fancy cars and imagine what it would be like to hit disabled kids with it!!! My favorite car has got to be the Subaru Forester!!! I always manage to connect my phone to it and play loud music!!! The staff get angry at me but since I have ADHD they let me off with a warning!!! There's is this one staff member that's smoking hot I can't wait till I'm 18 cause then I'll make her my wife!!! And I'll make soooooo many kids with her!!! VROOM VROOM!!!! Thanks for reading my Google review!!!

Fantastic shopping center full of shops and restaurants. The renovations of this place have made it an amazing shopping experience that is clean and friendly. This place is also not near as busy as city centres, adding to the great experience. Recently they have been running a promotion on Thursday night and Saturday where you can take a break and grab a free glass of Champagne or White Wine. I expected there to be a catch or it was terrible wine, but quite the opposite. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Also, the wine was really really nice.
Had very bad experience this week. They did not clean the milk tea spread on the third floor this Monday noon and I slipped and fell while carrying my baby in my arm. A first aid lady came and recorded it, saying they would create an incident report and follow up with me soon. I then came back home and later felt painful everywhere. I had to see my GP the next day and had X-ray checked. I lived on nurofen for the whole week and had to stay in the bed for most of the time. Till now no one of the shopping center followed up with this.
This is one of my favourite shopping centres in Brisbane. It offers a diverse range of stores featuring some of the world's most well-known brands. The car showrooms add a unique touch, and the children's play area is a thoughtful addition, making it a great destination for families. The shopping centre also has a premium atmosphere, making it feel like a high-end retail destination. Overall, I highly recommend this shopping centre to anyone looking for a shopping experience that is both enjoyable and luxurious."
Whatever neighbourhood I visit in Brisbane it’s nice and pleasant! They’re all well equipped with entertainment and amenities. Indooroopilly is no exception and the mega mall here is amazing! I we visiting from out of country and rented an apartment nearby. My first time in this mall was an eye opener. Three levels I believe? Tons of stores and eateries to choose from. They have a Target and even three grocery stores. You could spend a day in there!
While holidaying in Brisbane for 10 days from Cairns we visited Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on a few occasions & the Centre have a good selection of stores & shops catering for all budgets, cinema complex & many barber salons. Plenty of food takeaways cafes or restaurants to choose from. Excellent bus service from the CBD operating on a regular timetable. Plenty of parking & not to mention Aldi our favourite grocery store not having a Aldi In Cairns.
I love the range of shops both higher end shops and your general range. I love the variety of food but would love an actual restaurant hub area. As it takes much longer than the allocated parking time to do shopping and have lunch or watch a movie, it would be great if there was longer free parking. I usually spend 4 hours at a time there, 3 just doesn't cut it. This would especially be hand over the major holiday periods.
Thank you to Matthew the security guard/customer assistant (apparently also from Bundy) who helped me on the black Friday weekend sales (Nov 18th)! He helped me navigate the huge centre and walked me all of the way to the carpark level I had parked on but couldn't find! He was very professional, warm and very patient! I'll happily keep shopping here if it's filled with workers like him :) Thanks again!
Totally ridiculous car parking situation for 4WDs. The car park starts out at 2.3 or 2.5 m clearance, but then when you try to drive out you find that the clearance gets lower. This car park is so badly designed I actually had to go through the wrong lane in the wrong direction to get out because the clearance made it impossible for my vehicle to pass out through the normal gates.
Didn't like people staring at me & i asked the security guard where Cupra was & he looked at me like something he stood in . I will never go back people are too stuck up . Don't judge a book by its cover because I do bite back. I don't care how much money you have . You can't be the richest man in the Cemetery ask any Egyptian they will still rob you 4000 years later . Good bye
even since they installed new escalators this place is so hard to get around as an able bodied person let alone someone with a disability. The lifts seem to constantly be out of order and go months without being fixed. The free centre wifi never works and comes up with a no internet access message in settings when you connect to it on iPhone, even after setting up account.
The food court is pretty good. I love the fact that this is the only shopping centre I’ve visited that has the washing station in the middle of the court, instead of going to the toilet after to wash your hands. I wish all food courts had this. Staff are all friendly. The Chinese place there is kind of off it’s game. Some things are great and others not so much.
I'm definitely going to report this centre to the Queensland Fire Emergency Services. The gate that blocks any escape for fire near the locked gym door and the lifts is a massive fire hazard. You guys need to think before installing things like this. I've taken a number of photos and video of this location. Please remove this gate immediately.
Cool on a 34℃ day. Great library space. Suncorp Bank has moved its position on Level One. It is now next to JB HiFi, & near Donut King. QBD Bookshop is now opposite Jamaica Blue, on Level One, up the Kmart end of the level. A Hanaro Asia Mart has opened near to Aldi, opposite Daiso, also on level One, not far from Kmart. (Down a side section)
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is main shopping location for the South East of Brisbane. With a huge four level square format mall the centre has a massive offering of retail and a satisfactory offering of hospitality. During Xmas and Easter they really put it on! Parking is no longer an issue at the centre as it was before the redevelopment.
Our car couldn’t fit under any of the car parks. And there is no off street parking. So it was an absolute waste of time going there as we never even got to see any shops. Who ever designed the car parks has had an absolutely shocker!!! Any large 4x4 or car with a lift kit won’t fit and will hit the ceiling of the car park.
EDIT: Music is back and loud as ever. Very disappointing. This is my local and I'm so glad they've stopped playing the centre music today! It was so loud and unpleasant and made me want to leave after barely any time spent shopping. Wonderful experience shopping in a quieter environment. Hopefully it does not return!
This place is frikken huge!! When did the new wing open?! And you sell cars now?! I used to get lost before the update but now.. I need a "follow the yellow line to find your car" or an app for exits. I didn't make it to the food court as I'd used all my 10,000 steps for the day working out which way I was looking.
A one stop shopping centre for all that you need. It houses lots of shops eateries, apparel, fruits and vegetables, coles, woolsworth, target, kmart, jb hifi, telcos, banks, alcohol shops, asian market, cafes, clothing, sports and toy shops and many more. Conveniently located near to city with 3 hours free parking.
Could be the best indoor shopping mall in Brisbane especially after the renovations a few years back, if only it had a couple of really nice restaurants. It's compact and well laid out. The parking can be a bit overwhelming. Be aware that since recently, free parking is maximum 3 hrs multi - visits included.
This centre is world class, with lots and lots of offerings. From groceries to up market brands of your choosing and at not so coastal pricing. Great day out exploring the field heaps to look at and food in the court is something else. Go just for a leisurely shop, who knows what you will find
It's where I spend my weekends after a busy study week. The parking is free for first 3 hours and additional one hour with cinema or shopping receipts more than 200(I forgot the actual threshold). I get my food here too when I'm lazy to cook and it's cheap. It's a well renovated mall indeed.
Uninspiring shopping experience. The information service desk only has one helpful lady working there among all the other girls. She has a great big smile, however, the multi-story parking lot is difficult to get out of when I am in a hurry during busy times of the day.
I visit this centre at least 3 times a week and have done for many years. Love the variety it has to offer. My only negative is regarding the need to have car showrooms in the centre, I'd rather see more retail shops that don't sell cars and also another post office.
Love spending time in the mall and the various shops for window shopping as well. Catching the bus is super easy. Love the meals at Pappa Rich, and the other restaurants selling other types of food. Not forgetting shopping at the Various shops of men/women clothing,
Hated it. The layout was confusing and parking was also difficult, very easy to confuse where you came in due to poor planning of the layout. It's been refurbished but the lighting was far too bright for the shiny floors and full of pretentious over priced stores
Very well laid out shopping precinct! I am always losing my car but the layout of this centre makes it very easy to find your way out, 3 straight levels, not a million twists and turns. Ample parking and shops! Plenty to see, eat and do! Seemed very clean!
It's a good and big place for shopping. It's has a variety of shops with different services and products. The only one thing that I did not like was the parking. Only the first three hours are free, but it's a big place to be explored in just three hours.
Big spacious shopping centre. Easy to park. Easy public transport. Amazing array of shops. I love the specialty shops ... kitchen ... toys and games ... kitten amour and the convenience of professional and fitness services ... tooth booth, gym.
Big shopping centre. Not worth the visit. Parking is the worst. I was advised by their parking people to walk to the 2nd level concierge. I found out that it’s closed after 5pm and they can’t validate it anymore. Waste of time.
+ Bright & shiny. There is a big variety of brands represented here from the most common shops to a local beauty salon. - although there is a heeps of parking from each side u get in I find difficult to exit the parking area
Great place to dine, shop and be entertained. They have free parking for those with a disability parking permit and need to arrange it with the concierge desk. Huge place and great access with public transportation
Huge shopping centre only spent 1 hour there to do some business but I am looking forward to going back to check it out properly. Seems like ample parking and not to difficult to enter or depart, it wasn't Xmas.
Great variety with lots to do with a large layout that seems to get bigger every visit you'll never get bored with endless things to do and see. With all variety of stores from arcade to speciality stores.
Good place to go. Huge place with different floor levels. Variety of stores to shop, eat and hang around. Lots of parking when it’s not too busy days or times. Can access parking at different entry points.
A huge mall with lots and lots of stores. Once you get inside you can buy all the necessary things. It literally has everything!! From groceries to cookware, home decors, etc etc. There is also food court.
The parking situation is absolutely horrendous, we came for a quick bite to eat on the way to Toowoomba but the car park was grid locked, impossible to find your way out. So much wasted time for no reward
Exciting place and hard choice where to go and what to do there first! So many things, and offers are quite unique and special. Worth visiting and browsing even if only for fun or to get some ideas!!
All the shops you need and plenty of parking to visit them. The renovations are really turning it into a great shopping centre, and even at its busiest it's not overcrowded.
Largest shopping center I have ever been to .I loved it, so many shops on so many levels although still unable to find a Christmas duvet cover but did find lots of bargains
One of the largest shopping centres I know, with many restaurants and shops. You can find whatever you desire. The atmosphere is very nice, but you may get lost inside it.
Great Big Shopping Mall where you could find anything you could think of!!! Big food court and even Cinemas!! We had amazing burgers and Thick Shackes at Betty’s Burgers!!
We appreciated the variety of shops in the shopping centre. All the stores were very welcoming and had great customer service. The food court was very easy to navigate.
Place to go if you need to shop for all kinds of things. Not a good place for vegans to go for food.. hardly any vegan options in the restaurants in the food court.
Indoorpilly shopping is a luxurious Shopping Mall with more than three hundred shops with vivid products and restaurants where one can shop Under a single shelter.
Everything that you could need (including a new car!!) is available here. Brilliant cafes, all clothing brands and all major retailers are here. Well worth a visit
Good variety of shops. Very busy and the food court wasn't too clean. Visited h & m, Coles, target, aromatherapy store, sheike, David Jones and Dangerfield.
Plenty of parking (3 hrs free) with vast array of all kinds of stores. Also has a few indoor child play areas which makes shopping convenient for parents.
I like the mall veru much, yet I went there for a specific store only (Rebels sportswear). But I saw many restaurante and setores, a K-mart and alikes.
One of the best shopping centre in Brisbane. You will meet all your needs; huge parking slots available. First three hours free parking.
Great set up has a new car area on the top floor, great feed at Andrews butcher shop on the ground floor - Angus & salad wrap !!!
Big! Big enough to get lost trying to find my car. Big shout out to staff member Bilal for going above and beyond to help me.
Nice break from busy westfield chermside. Beautiful shops. The centre is probably a little more classy than chermside too.
Huge range of shops, helpful staff and security guard helped me find a store as Indooroopilly is 3 floor shopping centre
A great place to visit for just browsing or a shopping spree! Good parking and all of your favourite shops in one place!
My favourite shopping centre ever to go to. Heavenly place to go to especially Biome, the smell is absolutely heavenly
You can't complete this shopping place in one day if you're shopoholic, so many brands, so many options and discounts
Massive shopping centre, with Myer, David Jones and so on. If you wanna play bowling is much cheaper than Melbourne
Excellent as always. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre has become best in Australia. Have seen improved over 50 years.
Best shopping centre in the central west Brisbane suburbs. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot during peak time.
Great variety of shops, could easily spend a few hours browsing plus the cinemas and cafes. Can't go wrong …
As a visitor to Australia I was amazed at the size of the mall and the heaps of choices in rhe different goods
Nice, noisy but clean. People stay to themselves buy people are unpredictable after school a lot of teens
Love the shop we always have a great time with family there the Christmas decoration look amazing …
Everything you need is here! Great food choices and lots of shops. Ample parking and kid friendly too.
It is a great place where you can buy anything. More choices for cheaper prices. I love this place ❤
Amazing shopping centre, huge, clean, big variety of choices I want to visit it more often. …
Went to celebrity Ink. Awesome experience! Very professional and easy to work with. I'll be back.
So great shopping centre . We get everything to buy especially coffees so many types of varieties
Very good quality & variety of shops. However, sometimes the shopping centre can be very busy. :(
Lovely place to do all my shopping. Lots of clothing stores and grocery stores and restaurants!
Great range of stores and always very clean. There's also several great areas to take kids!
It is a great shopping center. Also very popular motor car dealers in the facility.
Indooroopilly is full of shops. Endless spending is THE BEST, right?
Best selection of shops, clean, good atmosphere, ample parking.
I love the bakery , they serve the best fresh bread …
A very entertaining place and a great variety of shops
