QueensPlaza is an asset to Brisbane City and the state of Queensland due to the ample parking, beautiful fashion stores and the variety of lunch options. With 5 levels of parking it sets the standard that every new building should have. The car park can get full around midday so book online or arrive before 9:30am to avoid disappointment. Also, avoid leaving between 4:30pm-6pm Mon-Thurs unless you're not in a hurry to leave. The car park can get hot, so park on the upper levels and close to the lifts if you have health issues. They do have disabled parking near the lifts. Don't be in a hurry to park or exit parking as it can startle people. Parking assistance is available via push button intercom at parking entry and exit gates. However, sometimes they are not available, so be prepared by visiting the QueensPlaza parking website, ensure your credit card works and don't lose your gate ticket. There is a payment station on at least one of the parking levels to the right of the lifts as you exit, but you can pay on exit. They have 3 lifts with one accessible from outside entry outside of hours. There is always a nice aroma upon exiting the lifts on Ground level and continues if you walk inside past the shops. Unfortunately, there is some graffiti scratched into one of the lift doors. Overall, it is a pleasant experience every time.
A very plush shopping centre. Less the sort of place to go for anything practical (though there is a Coles) and more the place for a day of window shopping with the girls. Be warned: the shops tend towards the expensive side - Burberry, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton and more posh little boutiques than you can shake a diamond-encrusted stick at. That said, the food court on the bottom floor tends to be a bit more raucous. Situated on a line between Central station and the Queen Street Mall a lot of people seem to cut through the Plaza and many of them seem to stop to have lunch. This is unsurprising - there are a number tasty and healthy options and it's always clean. This is one part of the shopping centre that isn't too expensive. As you go up the levels the Plaza gets quieter and there is an awful lot of marble, glass and beautiful shiny things in the decor. It's a great place to wear your fanciest stilettos and maybe sit in the nice chocolate and coffee shop overlooking the mall.
It's not often I am shocked by cutomer service standards by staff. But to witness what one of your so called Prestige Tenants did to a customer yesterday, when she was not happy with the standard of her nails and she refused to pay, goes below Queens Plaza prestigious standards and far more. Whilst I don't condone someone refusing to pay, what they did to this customer was unacceptable. They dragged her back into the nail salon, by the arms, and slapped her across the face, and closed the doors, holding her in the nail salon. Until your Centre Security arrived. For what? $60? They assaulted a young, well dressed female customer in front of everyone, which in itself was appalling to witness. Their tenancy should be voided. This is not up to Queens Plaza Standards as a Tenant, Not for the Prestige of the surroundings tenants. The staff should be appalled in the manner in which they handled this young girl. In the least, Look at re-branding their Nail salon to, "UnProfessioNail"
VERY BAD HIRING SYSTEM, DISCRIMINATIVE MANAGER FIRST THING I WAS TOLD BEFORE MY INTERVIEW WITH THE MANAGER, OH WE THOUGHT YOU A GIRL! THE OTHER THING WAS, DURING INTERVIEW ANYTHING I SAID ONE OF THEM KEPT SAYING "WOW" IMPOLITE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. READ BELOW WHAT THEY SAY BEFORE APPLYING BUT THE TWO LADIES WERE NOT FOLOWING THIS BELOW. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY SAUY " At Vicinity we embrace and celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where we attract, retain and develop our people regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and age. Applications are encouraged from all sectors of the community and we strongly encourage applications from the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community. "

I thought it was worthwhile commenting on centre instead of doing the restaurant Longtime in. Food was great but the experience with regards to how QueensPlaza regulate their aircon for the top floor near the windows for Longtime needs improvement. Everyone was sweating and the heat was unbearable. The poor staff at Longtime couldn’t do anything about it because centre management controls this. Would be good for you to look into this to help your tenants.
I actually went to find the Bitcoin ATM , unfortunately, it is in an area that doesn't feel comfortable when you are doing a private financial transaction, the lights in that area are atrocious and too bright, and the fact that people with their laptops are sitting basically on top of you while you're trying to use the ATM/s is a matter of privacy (as we all know that every laptop has an inbuilt camera and that's a privacy concern).
We visited this Amazing shopping Plaza . Right in the heart of the City of Brisbane. Perfect spot in the heart of Queen St Mall. Accomadates all of the upmarket stores You could possibly want for that special ♥️ Occasion . Plenty helpful staff. Clean amenities. Public Transport Nearby Buses Trains and Ferries . Well Worth a Visit for the Perfect Gift.
Luxury fashion houses galore! Dior, Chanel, YSL, Fendi, Gucci, Balenciaga, Zimmerman, Tiffany, Bulgari...and high street brands like Aje. You can also find Maje, Sandro and other brands inside David Jones so it's a nice location Brisbane-wise if you wish to browse or buy high end gifts. I also love the dimsum in Longtime a lot too.
I say it lived up to the name. This is a high-end shopping centre. You need to be as rich as a queen to go shopping here. This would be like a heaven to those who like expensive bags like Dior, Furla, Gucci, etc. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't spend 5 grand for a bag. So if you are prudent like myself, avoid this place.
Enjoyed My visit here as it has been a long time since My last visit. Very much enjoyed my time here. The Building where Apple Computers Store is nowadays in Queen Street was in 1849 where General McArthur's Head Quarters where during WW11 in 1939 to 1945 this was Very Interesting to Myself. I took some Great Pictures.
same as the previous visiting of 5 years. queensplaza is always exciting place to all visitors. I am impressive to be here. lots of international restrauntrants and various stores. However I cannot enjoy night brisbane just like Seoul. too boring to be at night. anyway I was satisfied as much as the previous coming.
Food court with a good mix of options. Chinese, Japanese, Aussie, Greek. Central location just on the corner Queen Street mall and Edward Street. Upstairs Cafe Stanton is worth a mention for a brekky or dinner to impress or a casual coffee and cake.
High end shopping for those who enjoy such pursuits. Pleasant enough environment but gets very busy during lunch time and going home time as commuters use it as a shortcut to the station. Quiet mid-morning with plenty of seating downstairs.
I like the Mall area of Brisbane cbd! Despite spending a few days walking around the cbd, I must admit I still gets lost! Attending the free city guided walk helped me a little. I learn that all the street with ladies names are parallel to
So this place can be the start a you explore the city of Brisbane for a warm up! So if you pass by these please you can stop for a Iresh beer or Italian cafe, cake or luch! So good combination! Up to you, of course lots shops and enjoy!
Location are great, not too crowded in ordenary day. I just shop here whenever I would buy gifts because the products here I think is the best to purchased for all occassions. Got Bag for my mom's birthday last year and she love it!
Fun vibrant atmosphere, lots of good shopping from high end to moderate budget. Plenty of souvenir shops for the travelers. Restaurants and bars overlooking the outdoor shopping space keep you involved in the unique space.
The place is very beautiful, there are many brands such as Dior, David Jone, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and others. They have an Asian food place and a coffee shop that people frequent a lot.
Great to spend weekend here, Love how much my daughter and I bond to this place. Really cool and to shop here. Near on the restaurants and the food are very good. Highly recommended!
Great shopping precinct. A huge variety of shops on offer. Crowded during peak hours .. when food is required etc for lunch especially! You can walk to your socks fall off here...
Walk through shopping centre with all the premium brands, Chanel, LV etc and Peter Jones. Downstairs a good selection of food court restaurants. Very clean and well presented
Great place for shopping. In the heart of the Brisbane city. Variety of famous brands, lots and lots shops. Restaurants and cafes. Street music for free. And lots of people.
Not much has changed in Brisbane, in 20 years, same paper sellers hounding at the lights, etc Christmas decorations in the mall were quite cute, gardens were looking good,
History, present, comparison and interaction! Three generations attended and captured all of us! May need to consider bigger Merch sizes, we got biggest size and just fit.
Spotless Queens Plaza with many High End Fashion Stores to choose from & a eatery area lower ground. A plaza to impress & highly recommend a visit while in Brisbane CBD.
My favorite place to shop, more stalls and very convenient place makes me relax and releave stress while doing shopping here. Last week I recently visited to buy a gift.
Great collection of stores, cafes, and restaurants. Only wished that the stores would stay open for longer on other days in addition to Fridays.
Best shopping center in my experience! You'll find from the very expensive items to the discounted items. Cenima, kids entertainment and so on!
Great place, good food, Went to see the amazing banksy exhibit. Recommend the ramen! Wish it had more of a variety of everyday stores.
Big plaza for shopping and eating within Brisbane cbd. Lots of luxury brands as well as normal brands. Having a food court at the
The luxurious shopping mall at queen's street Brisbane. Most of the world famous fashion brands and shops are available here.
I was here for the Banksy Exhibition, which was fantastic. My review is based on that as I didn't spend time in the plaza
I recommend booking a car park online, lunch at New Shanghai and then shopping. A perfect excursion on a Saturday.
Nice clean place with food court and a number of eateries, and expensive shops like Gucci, Dior, Tiffany's etc.
Starbucks, David Jones , Chatime, Snag Stand roll'd, T2, a tiny Coles Gorman on the outside, aesop. Super good
Love this open air arcade/hub with lots of benches, fresh air, some eateries, great for people watching

Beautiful and relaxing place with a lot of shops and restaurants in the middle of Brisbane city.
Great upmarket shops, good food court. Better restaurants on Level 1. Great parking location.
Banksey Experience on now at Queens Plaza, book ahead or on site, you won't be disappointed.
Always a good time. Even if just window shopping. Always something to look at ☺️
