Despite all of these 5 star reviews about how fast the service was and pricing ,my experience was terrible. I was locked out of my apartment at around 10:30 pm. So I called the “office” and was told a technician would call me back in a few minutes. I never received a call. I had to call back multiple times and each time I was told a technician would call me. Finally about an hour later someone called me back and told me they would be at my place in 20 minutes. They charged me $350 just to open my door and told me it would be an additional $150 to change the cylinder. I feel like I was intentionally misled because I asked how much the total would be upfront and I was told it would be 320 (also nobody mentioned the tax either). With no other choice I decided to pay the money and just call someone else in the morning to get the cylinder changed. Especially since the technician gave me his number to try to get me to call him directly. The technician took down all of my card information and left. Then the office called me to tell me I needed to submit my payment again through some link. Having just given my card number of course I was reluctant to seemingly pay twice. The office continued to call me and then the tech actually showed up at my door and would not leave until I paid through the link. Neither him nor the person in the office could explain why I had to do this. All this time the technician still had the paper with my card info on it (seems like he should give that back the that’s not how lumber is accepted right?). Also this was all happening at 12:45 am. The next morning I called another service and was told that I could have had the same work done for $100. Now I understand that different businesses charge different prices but it just seems really unfortunate that I paid $250 more than what I should have AND the service was terrible and unprofessional. If the service was fast and seamless I would not have a problem at all. Anyway point is, I WOULD NOT recommend this business at all.

Don’t use this company they stole my money and the work was done improperly. The “locksmith” came and “fixed” my lock on Saturday 8/12/23, I paid him. On Sunday evening 9/3/23, I went to lock my door and it would not lock, when I opened the door, the entire lock fell off the door. I called the company on Monday 9/4/23 , and they told me they couldn’t send someone because it was a holiday. I called again on Tuesdays 9/5/23 , they told me they couldn’t send anyone because the locksmith who originally worked on my door only worked weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and if they sent someone else out they would have to charge me for that person’s service which is ridiculous because the work wasn’t done properly in the first place. I requested a refund for the original job and that request went ignored, I was forced to wait until Friday 9/8/23 (yes I went a whole week without a lock and these people did not care), when the locksmith who did the original job finally called me, he asked for pictures and for me to tell him what happened, I explained and he told me the screw holes were too big and that’s why it came off so there is nothing he can do and that I should go to Home Depot and find new screws because he doesn’t have any. So he took my money knowing the work wasn’t done correctly and doesn’t even care. The woman who answers the phone called and when i told her what happened she said she would call me back. I’m still waiting. Don’t be me, avoid this company and find someone who will actually do the job correctly.

Horrible, just horrible. Unprofessional woman who made us wait for an 1hr and 30mins. She then overpriced us $150 to unlock the car after she was an 1hr and 30mins late. She didn't explain why she took a long time to arrive, she kept saying she was "stuck in traffic". Her license plate number is U46 Sky, she wouldn't give us her name. We refused to take her help because she was unreasonable and nasty. She even had an attitude when she arrived and she was the one late. Also, the location is located less than a mile away. Please use caution when trusting this company. I am still reporting them for their unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards their clients... I hope they will be reported and eventually outed for their disrespect.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Called and talked to a lovely man named David! He did good answering all of my questions and was very thorough in helping me understand what I needed to solve my issue. The tech he sent was a few minutes late but called to update me along the way. And once he was here it was in and out, very fast and efficient. Price was a little more than I thought, but HEY! I've never needed to use a locksmith before, so not sure where my expectations came from anyway... I will recommend and continue to use the Instalock locksmith if I ever need work again!

I was so impressed by this service. I needed a locksmith to help me out with a broken lock on my front door and they arrived in a timely fashion and did a great job. I was also impressed by the customer service. The customer service rep was very informative and helpful about the lock and the locksmith. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their ability to arrive on time and do a great job.

Due to an old, malfunctioning doorknob, I was literally locked inside my house (not necessarily an emergency but still not a great situation to be in). I called Instalock Locksmith the moment they opened & was fortunate to get an appointment a little later in the day. Service was quick, efficient, friendly, and reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was at work this morning on my 15min break and locked my keys in the car. I was about to cry but then I call led them. They was here in 15 min Alex was so nice and sweet he unlocked my door in less then five minutes. Then waited patiently for me to withdraw the money to pay him. I’m so thankful

By using Insta lock facilities, I was able to have a wonderful and comfortable experience. Their employees were also professional and courteous. Their prompt delivery and polite manner provided me with a great deal of relief while I was overwhelmed, so I would definitely recommend them.

I was quoted $375 to re-key two locks. They locks work fine just want the keys changed. When I declined I was asked, “How much do you want to pay?” Giving them 2 stars because they were at least super responsive via phone. Guess I just cant afford them…

I would like to say thank you for my new locks. I called the locksmith to show me how to open my door, but he also showed me how to lock it. I really like the hex keys for the extra security and the fact that I can lock my door without a key.
