I recently had an unfortunate experience with InstaLock Locksmith. From the moment I interacted with their customer service over the phone, I could sense a negative attitude and an absolute lack of concern for their customers. The person I spoke with on the phone was uninterested and unprofessional. It felt like they were just going through the motions and had no intention of understanding my issue or providing any real assistance. It was clear to me that this company lacks basic business ethics and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I tried to reach out to their customer service again, hoping to have a better interaction and to resolve my issues. However, my attempts were met with indifference as I was continually ignored. The overall experience has left me utterly disappointed and with a very negative impression of InstaLock Locksmith. The way they handled my situation makes me question their professional integrity. It's clear that they need a significant improvement in their customer service approach, starting with increased ethics and business honesty. At this time, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. It is my hope that my experience will help potential customers make an informed decision

Whoa, I never thought I'd be writing this, but my recent experience with Locksmith was an absolute train wreck. I mean, I thought these guys were supposed to be top-notch! So, I had an issue and called them up, expecting a quick solution, right? Nah, the rep was just completely disinterested and couldn't care less. It felt like I was talking to a wall, no kidding. Then, I tried to get a hold of someone else, maybe a manager or something, hoping they'd sort things out. Nope, my emails and calls just disappeared into the void, like sending a message in a bottle out to sea. Now, this whole fiasco has got me thinking - what does this say about Locksmith? If this is how they treat their customers, then I've got a problem with that. It just doesn't sit right with me, you know? So, Locksmith, if you're listening, you guys seriously need to step up your game. Until then, I can't tell my friends or anyone else to use your service. If you're thinking about going with Locksmith, just keep my experience in mind. Seriously, nobody should have to deal with this kind of mess. It was a straight-up disaster, and I hope none of you guys get the same runaround from Locksmith.

I called around for quotes and technician not only had the best rates, but Dan the tech was reliable and incredibly friendly. He came to our home and cut and programmed keys for one of our vehicles. The service was great! So much so that we had him come back to cut and program Crew for our other vehicle. I highly recommend .

Tech was fantastic. He changed the locks at our rental house and was easy to schedule with (even though I didn't have all the info he needed!) and messaged before he arrived so I was ready. Did a great job and was quick, kind, and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience with a locksmith a few years ago and I just wasn't going to give him a chance. But I was so glad that I did! The locksmith showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to duplicate my key in just a few minutes.
