What a bunch of crooks! After been a client for a number of years and having my scratch and dent cover claims taken care of without a hassle, I would not recommend them after my last claim. A claim for a rather large new scratch on a bumper has been reject because of a very much smaller scratch on the bumper in the different place was present on the photos of a previous claim. So the new rather large noticeable scratch is not been covered due to the fact that I did not claim for the much smaller unnoticeable mark on the bumper that was present the year before. So much for the promise of R3000 every 90 days. They have been collecting premiums from me for 12 months without me claiming. Not only did they reject the claim but the deliberately delaying answering my objections for a further 2 months and yet they continued to collect the debit order. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Please be carefull,these people go from area to area and collecting bank details for debit orders,but when we try to contact them we could not tract any office of them up till Pretoria,luckily we were cautious not to give any bank details,but they have tried debit the neighbour account on same day,they are extremely good sales people but can't look you in the eyes when they talk.

Not a very useful service to be honest. Never needed it. When I was called for an upgrade to my package I asked if I could rather cancel my subscription I was met with hostile sales talk and then hung up on? I guess I need to call them rather than them calling me Will update …

This will be my 4th attempt... Cancelled a policy which I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR, now they withdraw money monthly via Debit order. This is after I called on 3 occasions and cancelled with their "customer service".

I do not want this i already have insurance stuff if i phone you never answer the phone i want my money back and this kak off my bank acc You people must learn some communication skills and listening skills

Unlimited has poor service. I have been trying to do my first claim, in 2 years, for just 2 tires since April 2022. They come up with excuses every time not to pay out. I am fed-up with them. I want out!

Very bad communication I've cancelled my policy and they still deducting for my account .it has been a year still trying to cancelled everytime Im phoning they hang up or don't respond to my email

After I said I’m not interested in whatever policy she was offering she insisted that the company is giving me a deal and when I said I’m not interested. She threw the phone down in my face.

Extremely irritating obnoxious sales people- Chewing bubble gum while speaking to you. Not accepting no when told numerous times that we are not interested
