An Outsurance client drove into my car! For 4 weeks still no assessor has come out to look at my car despite numerous emails with all photos and documents. Today again they mailed me asking for the same documents I remailed them yesterday, and again this morning. Unbelievable no idea why anyone uses them it's beyond frustrating.

Only Outsurance would pay out a claim for a laptop and then keep that laptop on your insurance, removing the one that was not stolen. The staff are unprofessional, and seemingly not very intelligent - though this might just be their can't care less attitude towards their customers coming across as stupidity.
