Alex in October 2022 was excellent and thorough in his examination of our whole roof, clear in his explanations and photographs and very helpful and prompt in obtaining and remediating the correct tiles ( 1928 house) with exceptional workmanship . We were delighted to use his services . We needed to replace some tiles after we had solar panels fitted. This was just 4 days before we were going away for several weeks . Alex responded immediately, remembered our house and he obtained and replaced the correct tiles within 2 days . He did this with great kindness, good humour and expertise - one of the ”old school” of craftsmen. Alex is a real pro and we are so grateful for his empathy and his skill .

Called Alex in the morning, informing him about our kitchen roof and ceiling leaking rain water, over the weekend. Alex said to me that he would call in to my house in the afternoon, as he was at another job. Sent him my details, he thank me and replied that he would give me 1 hour heads up when he was on his way. To his word he sent me a text, and arrived right on time.
