No wonder the Garda can’t recruit from within the organisation and have to look outside the jurisdiction to appoint a commissioner, we’re on number 3 commissioner in how many years? Both previous commissioners scurried out the door with their tales between their legs in what only be described as misconduct in office for the 2 of them. Fish rots from the head and unfortunately it’ll be generations of unprofessionalism before this behaviour is rooted out. Add to that the unofficial blue flu with not answering 999 distress calls sure it’s no wonder they’re out bullying the public. Only thing a Garda knows how to do well is to keep dry and check the windscreen. A Garda is your enemy dressed as your friend.

I missed my wallet on the way when I rode my bicycle and someone handed it over to this station. When I contacted my local station, I was asked to contact all the stations on the way I rode bicycle. After I found the information that my wallet was handed by someone to this station, I approached and got a very gentle response, and the process of getting back my wallet was very easy.

B312 and E84 need some serious retraining on laws, especially when it's laws that they are trying to enforce but don't know themselves. Useless bully's, especially B312 who thinks it's right to circle very closely to a member of the public after being informed that he is making them feel threatened by doing so.

Just saw a koleeberks video of a couple of police officers acting unprofessionally in a public place, and not only making up their own rules as they went along but using bully-like intimidation tactics like they were ganging up on someone in a playground. Complete numpties.

After watching a video on line of Garda B312 and E84 interaction with a member of the public, I'm embarrassed to be Irish and embarrassed for the professional gardai out there. The stupid line of questioning regarding his immigration status from B312 and silly smirk is sad.

Irishtown gardai at most have tried being as helpful and do what they can as dbrk garda station my local station 40 years are a joke.particury last 5 year..show partiality & hv added to t situation not prevented the issues Every area of my life hs bn & still affected

Thank you for not helping. I pay millions for my apartment and what I expect is a the Garda to protect my rights. A party at 2am is not fair and not sending a car to check was really disappointed. We need more strict rules in Dublin and a more efficient police.

I'm so saddened by how badly you come across on youtube, with members of the gardai being childish and/or intimidating with 'cute hoor' smiles ... Come on, you can do better.

In and out in 5 minutes for a citizenship document. Service here is 1000x better that at Pearse street station where we were left waiting at an unstaffed “welcome” desk.
