It was a great experience at Ishan Hospital in Rohini, Delhi. Thank you to the entire team, Dr. Jolly, Dr. Ashok, and all the staff members, as I am not familiar with their names. My mother was admitted to Ishan Hospital, and we stayed there for 3 days. The operation was successful in their observations. I especially want to thank the staff nurse and sisters who are there to take care of the patient day and night and are also very humble and supportive. I am also thanking Mr. Amrish Bansal for his cooperative nature and timely support in all aspects. Dr. Jolly has a wonderful personality and a wealth of knowledge in his field. I wish you all the best for the future growth of this hospital and the people that work there. Thank you very much to Mr. Guard uncle and the aunt who were caring for my mother. I wish you all a very good future.

Though I felt that hospital is a bit on the cheaper side for OPD patients, but the doctor (Dinesh Bansal) wasn't able to diagnose the actual reason for my mother's knee pain. Wasted about a month following up the generic knee pain treatment. He started recommending knee transplant when treatment didn't work. Also, when I came to know that the hospital comes under CGHS, and showed them the card, they started making excuses that the hospital is no longer in CGHS because of minimum 50 beds requirement (which is a very old rule, nothing new) and that the doctor wont see you today etc. The only thing that the reception staff pays attention towards is collecting fees.

Excellent treatment and services under leadership of Dr. Dinesh Bansal. Very good hospital. very experienced and knowledgeable doctors. Recently my mother got operated for broken ankle. Dr. Dinesh Bansal is highly experienced and very good doctor. Operated my mother really well. Also last year myself got treated for Pencretitis and got operated for Gallbladder stone. Doctors provided really good treatment and regular detailed update about patient condition on a daily basis. Highly recommending this hospital for any kind of treatment. Very helpful staff. Dr dinesh bansal ji sach me ek acche doctor hai mere liye dr saab bhagwan se kam nhi hai unhone mere right wrist ki surgery ki wo bhi mere budget me jabki surgery ka cost jyada tha but unhone apni fees mere bill se less kardi yakeen nhi hota aaj bhi aise sacche insaan hai duniya me bhagwan dinesh sir or unki puri team ko salaamat rakhe meri financial conditions bhot kharab thi agar dr dinesh ji nhi hote to shayad me apna treatment nhi karwa pata ajtak suna tha doctor bhagwan ka roop hote hai aaj dekh bhi liya dr dinesh sir aur unki puri team specially jo bhaiya reception par rehte hai sbko me salute karta hu

Dr. Dinesh Bansal is an expert orthopedics Doctor. I had to visit the hospital for my right arm fracture. But he handle it very easily. Even though we visited him through some reference but slowly during the treatments we were completly satisfied by his services. Hospital staff is also very caring and supportive. Moreover they have tie up with more then 25 insurance companies for cashless mediclaim. If unfortunately you have met with some accident and in need of treatment for fracture or need second opinion, Dr. Dinesh Bansal may be referred without any second thought.

Worst experience!! DONT GO! LOOTERS Had a visit for opthalmologist Dr aparna! Very bad attitude of doctor! She charged us 600 RS just for eye sight ! for what we were not concerned for eye sight! Local shopkeepers cn do that! She dint write a single medicine on prescription for some medical illness which we actually visited Bad hospital!! Ppl dont go over there! Hospital receptionist were Soo bad!! They charged us fully! But doctor dint examined just bcoz she was out of time for that hospital! I suggest everyone not to go over there!! Mis managed hospital!

Worst hospital experience ever. After seeing that a patient is coming for admit, they will going to behave just like one has thrown a flesh piece among pack of wolves. Worst staff, nurses, sanitization and no responsibility against the admitted patient. None of the staff answer to patient ring bell, washrooms are dirty, cockroaches roaming in cupboards, no remote for control appliances.I am not recommending this hospital to anyone, better to go for saroj hospital just neighbouring to it.

My right leg was fractured, and both the Tibia and Fabula bones were broken! As I was in severe pain, Dr. Dinesh acted like a superman for me, providing immediate support and initiating immediate treatment procedures. His hospital staff acted quickly and graciously, making me comfortable in no time! It's a truly wonderful experience, and the way Dr. Dinesh handles situations with a smile gives the patient a lot of hope! I give it 5 stars and can vouch for their hospitality

in ICU room Very poor performance of nurses and staff, nurses are forget about the patients after their drip started. When i go to remind them they replied in attitude we have other works not just your patient.
