Ordered a bread bin through their website. After a few days, they refunded me so I thought I made a mistake with my order. Then I got an email from them asking me to go back to their website and place my order. So I went again and ordered again. After a few days, I got an email saying “ Due to increased demand, we're still working hard to pick and pack your order.” And yesterday, I got another email from them saying that they cancelled my order because they didn’t have enough stock to fulfill my order. They should have put in their website that the item is out of stock.
Very disappointed with the handling of refund process. Seller is not very helpful even after constantly emailing about the situation.
Very good place to find Japanese handy home accessories. Friendly services, recommended
