I have had issues with my Jeep Wrangler starting due to key issues for over a year. I’ve had the dealership, several auto shops, & friends try to figure out what was wrong but no one could figure it out. Our family had to move across town on last minute notice, After the stress of rushing to pack and move the family we had to find someone to rekey our mailbox, and exterior doors to our new rental home. Door knob on my wooden double doors to my house malfunctioned and the bolt locked in place, preventing the doors from opening. YouTube videos made it seem like the only resolution was to break open the doors. I called J&J on a Saturday morning and he arrived 15 minutes later. He was able to take apart the knob, free the bolt, and replace it without damage to the door. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them in the future for any locksmith issues.

I locked my keys in my truck this morning while making a quick stop for work. Jeff with J&J locksmith answered his phone on my first call and came out immediately. 20 minutes later I was back in my truck and on the road back to work. His price was fair and he is very personable and professional! I’ll be adding him to speed dial and won’t use another Locksmith in East Valley. Although I hope to not need his services again.

Lost my key fad they came down and instilled new one but when he left I noticed the I had a big hole on my shifter it was missing a part that he removed to reprogram the alarm called them told me it's working what the problem told him the problem is that I have a big hole you guys need to fix called office told me management will call me still waiting on them this is real bad customer service

Very pleased with this company. My mother in law has a 40yr old front door that we wanted to add a smart lock to it. Due to design, it needed special hardware that you cannot find at regular stores or even online. These guys jumped immediately to help. Saved us thousands by not having to replace the whole door. Plus my mother in law gets to keep the door she loves. Great service!

Jeff is the only locksmith that I will use and refer out to all of my friends and family. Not only did he help me in a time of panic but he was so honest with me he even helped me so that my insurance company would reimburse me for part of the costs. Truly a one of a kind!!!
