I got my clothes back from the dry cleaning service and they were not clean…at all. The marks on the shirt that I pointed out were still there, my blouse still smelled and the wrinkles from wearing the clothes were also still there. It looked like the clothes were pressed (which was also done poorly) without washing. I’ve had these pieces washed multiple times with other cleaners and had way better results. I get the sense they do the bare min and charge max. Now for customer service… When I went to discuss the issue the owner got angry with me, threw down the cash for a refund and told me not to come back! She said they had the best washing machines around and I could no longer use the self wash service…woah buddy. My rec, take your clothes somewhere else.

Bryan is right. The cleaners here are always on point. People need to stop complaining about stupid things, the world isn't a perfect place. You can either cry on yelp or accept it and move on with life. These cleaners go above and beyond. In saying that I'd be weary of Bryan's review as he may have a relationship that extends beyond friendly with the woman that operates the register.

Great neighborhood wash and dry clean. They're open 7 days a week and early in the morning too so it's super easy to drop off clothes on the way to work for same day pickup. Dry cleaning takes a bit more time. They're very low hassle too. I've lost my slip and they are very easy going about it. Apologized for having a down credit card machine. The owners love this place and it shows.

JJ Cleaners & Laundromat is the best in East Village for dry cleaning and laundry, whether using the machines or doing wash and fold. It is a family run business and they are so kind and trustworthy, and willing to do whatever they can for their customers. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very clean and they are very helpful. I went to do my laundry this morning and the place near me was closed! I walked the extra blocks and I was very happy. There was always someone to help and answer questions. I think I will try and walk the extra distance in the future.

Always friendly. I drop off my laundry for them to do, so I can't speak to the self-use area. They always get my laundry done more quickly than average laundromats. Good prices. I've been coming here for almost a year now, and I've never had a bad experience.

Wash and fold is terrible. Overly priced and items do not come back clean, I've also lost many socks and had colors bleed ( a problem I've never had in 8yrs of using NY laundromats).
