A cozy local mom-and-pop place with a quirky name to take your laundry and dry-cleaning to. But their true SUPER-POWER is mending and fixing your clothes and giving them a second life. They will take on most complex jobs no one else will dare to...they can fix leather or suede things! or even replace zippers!!! Over the years, I've been to many places in the neighborhood, and sometimes those would try to charge so much that there was no choice but to toss the thing away altogether. I'm so happy to finally have found a place that has reasonable prices. They literally have a sign inside that says "We fix anything!" :) And no, it's not a marketing hype. I have taken some pieces there that were super-challenging, and they did a fantastic job, and even used an invisible thread to make my clothes look like new! And last, but not the least, the couple that runs the place is super-sweet. They welcome each customer with warmth and respect. I hope this place stays in business forever and has many appreciative customers! I know I am one.

They always close at least 30 minutes before they say they will close. It’s really hard to rely on them. They also don’t always wear masks inside. As far as the quality of the clean it’s good but the closing time makes me take my business elsewhere unfortunately. I prefer a place on 5th in between 1st and 2nd ave which is also mom and pop.

Be careful - I don't think they use any laundry detergent when washing. I dropped off for a wash and fold and virtually none of my clothes came out clean. My last apartment had a washer and dryer and my clothes would come out spotless - even white t shirts. Avoid!

Absolutely horrible service. Refused to do one shirt and even didn't want to do it when I told them I would pay for the two shirt minimum. She said it would take 4 days to get it back if I wanted her to do just the one shirt.

They did the laundry quickly, however laundry did not smell as if soup was used. They just washed it with water. Guy there was not nice when i complained. Gonna have to rewash my cloths and pay again at another place.

Used this place loads over various visits to East Village. Never had any issues, will continue to use when we visit. About $2 per pound (May 2023) of laundry which seems like a bargain for 24 hour turnaround.

Very reliable. Nice people. My go to wash and dry spot. I have consistently visited this place (average one $10-$15 load every two weeks) since moving here over a year ago.
