I was there earlier. Some of the pjs had prices on that wasn't correct and the cashier had a very bad tone with us when we confronted her about the price. ALL the clothing was mixed and stuff. One of my personal Bolongings fell put in that area. I had to phone 7 times and when someone picked up she was not very nice and customer friendly. Would not recommend

Was looking for a specific black dress. I asked a guy who works there and showed him the picture. He said "if it's not on the floor we don't have it". I thought wow and left immediately

Not the same great variety of good finds I was used to getting from Jam in Johannesburg a few years ago. They need to up their game.

Love that JAM now has a presence in the Western Cape! This store has friendly assistants and is well stocked

Well done to all the Staff at JAM. Always friendly, well mannered and willing to go an extra mile.
