Had a puncture with a 6 weeks old in the car, away from home - Popped into Jax at Marsden Park on a Saturday at 10am (what looked like Peak time). Steve Recognised we had a new born and patched the tyre in no time. Steve was genuine and honest with his recommendations. We appreciated his nature and service. Would recommend.

They had a great crew few years ago, the crew that served me this year seemed fishy and wanted to charge extra, potentially even lying about needing a new battery when I just spent over a thousand of new tires and wheel alignment. I also fixed my breaks with them a little over a year ago and again they are failing.

Went in for wheel alignment and gave them a printout of current settings. But they proceeded with the factory setting on their database. Could have been easily avoided if they'd communicated effectively within their team.
