I went into JB HI-FI to buy a new set of Bluetooth wireless earphones for my phone, I knew they had an extensive range of earphones so I spent a good hour or so looking for the right ones for me as well as looking on Google for speciations on each model I had interest in. I wanted a high end brand with great sound, volume and features. I ended up with a choice from JBL, SAMSUNG and SENNHEISER also knowing the Sony xm4 are great because I've had a pair but lost an earbud. I decided to get a different brand and decided on the SENNHEISER cx true wireless wich were actually on special. Got them home and fully charged them and went to pair them with phone following all instructions and YouTube videos but unfortunately they would not power on or pair after many attempts. I decided to go back to JB HI-FI for help as I knew I was making a mistake due to my brain injury and vision loss. The morning before going back for help I had another go and noticed a little red sticker with the word remove on each earphones so I removed them and the earbuds paired immediately, the sticker must have been blocking a censor. The earbuds are fantastic with awesome sound and volume and great features, extremely happy with my purchase. As far as the service went I was very impressed by JB HI-FI staff customer service, not only was the service great but when I had a final choice of earbuds the salesman suggested the SENNHEISER earbuds even though they were the cheaper option because they were on special and he did say the sound and quality were better than the other two brands and I agree with the sound so far. I've shopped here before many times and will continue to do so. Thankyou JB HI-FI.

Staff were easily seen and accessible. Quite a few available staff members in different areas. When I approached the first staff member near the gaming section and asked if he would be able to help answer questions regarding the gaming section, he was help and honest with saying it wasn't his section but he would do his best to answer all questions to the best of his knowledge and if he couldn't answer, he would find the info or who he would get a staff member who could answer our questions. Turns out he was able to answer my young sons game related question easily and actually treated my son as the potential customer (as my son would/was) when relaying the information to the question my son asked. As a ex retail assistant it was great to see the staff member patiently and attentively listen to my 11 year old sons question and then when giving him the information he needed, all while talking to my son and not myself, Only glancing over to me occasionally and then at the end asking my son if that answered his question and could he helped in any other way.

I Love this JB HI-FI Store in Bayside Shopping Centre Frankston, Every time I go into this store and buy technology I’m always offered discounts… So I find myself always going back there. There new store near Beach street is way better. It’s easy to move around in. There’s a great deal of Stock & it’s very easy to see as the store is really set up awesomely. Together with friendly staff who are always friendly and courteous and polite and helpful. An amazing store thanks everyone who runs it. This store is a FLAGSHIP store as far as I’m concerned. This store is highly valued in my mind. I see it as highly favourable to me… I’m going there tomorrow to buy some NANO-CELL LG TV’S….. Looking forward to another discount….

JB Bayside staff is great especially Sandip he is very helpful and go above and beyond his service to help us and we highly recommend JB Bayside for any mobile phone needs, me and my wife with Vodafone and went to Vodafone store in bayside but they were so rude and don't want to help us at all after getting frustrated we just visit JB hi-fi just to have a look but due to the great customer service by staff we end up buying 2 new phones from them and Sandip even put the screen protector for us and teach us how to transfer the data from old phone to new ones.

A great store, thanks to staff who work well together. I went in and asked for an item and the salesperson took me to the general area. He then asked a colleague and she directed him to the shelf - but they were sold out. She then told him where to go (out the back of the store) and he came back with my item. Later I was browsing and a salesperson explained the pros and cons of an electronic item I wanted to buy so I could get exactly what I wanted. There was no lack of knowledgeable and helpful people in this store and they were all happy to help.

I purchased a mobile phone earlier this year and have had so many issues with the phone (Not by fault of JB). Courtney the store manager has been nothing but absolutely exceptional throughout this time. She has always been there for me, answering my phone calls, promptly responding to my emails, polite and professional despite this on going issue for months now. She has never left me in the lurch. The on going customer service has been plausible and exceptional. Many thanks Courtney you've been awesome

After going to two of the big stores in Mornington and receiving terrible service, Jb-Hi was the next destination. I recieved the best and honest opinion from Harry when looking for my next TV. Harry was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't get someone to talk to me from one store where they were obviously standing around talking to other staff members. The other store was absent of courtesy. I honestly think that Harry should be selling houses with his talent. Highly recommend!

Look, you get what they say you'll get. The service is good, the prices are good. The layout and organisation of their stock though leaves a bit too be desired. We went for headphones, internet said they had stock, but after 15 minutes of looking we were told there must be a problem with the counts. Add we were walking out, my wife saw the stock in a cage above the drones... We found it, and they took a few dollars off for the hassel. It was...good

Poor customer service. Faulty voucher but instead of rectifying advised I needed to email head office. They knew about the problem with their vouchers as they had received an email from head office that day advising them some vouchers were not working on their system but they made their error the customer’s problem to fix- not a good solution. Won’t be back to this store.

We bought a new mobile on a great deal at JB Hi-Fi. All of the staff were very friendly and offered assistance when we entered the store. Charlie provided exceptional service! He was highly professional, demonstrated extensive knowledge, and even followed up with us when our phone was ready. We truly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

Great tech store in Frankston. Exceptional customer service and excellent, quality products. I have purchased devices and consoles from here at least ten times and have even gotten small discounts and price matches on certain products. I have recommended this store to all of my friends and will be back to purchase more electronics.

The staff were very helpful as I needed a Doorbell and Smoke Alarm that is compatible with my Smart Watch to alert me by notification when someone at the door and/or if there a fire in my home due to my hearing impairment not able to hear the everyday sound that normal people take for granted.

Staff were helpful, they knew their product range well and were able to direct me to the right product. I was abruptly told the check-out was in the centre of the store, and then waited for 5mins to pay for my purchase which took 5 seconds. They kept customers waiting unnecessarily.

Kudos to the young lady in Mobile that helped me. She listened to my needs and offered solutions that benefitted me without trying to oversell. It's why i prefer JB Hifi over most other shopping experiences, they hire enough team members to attend to customers.

After my phone charger was stolen I was anxious to replace it with the appropriate Android phone charger. The staff at JB-HiFi Frankston were very helpful in finding me the right charger and as it turned out it was the correct charger when I got it home.

Just went into the new Bayside store. Very disappointing. Confused layout and really disappointed that the movie section is about a third the size of the old store. Staff still nice, though! Will be going to the McMahon's road store...

Here I bought my bose Bluetooth speaker. The guys were very helpful to guide me. I found it a great deal which I bought it on sale. The new shop is much bigger than their old location on the upper part of the mall.

Have never come across such a group of professional customer service members. Very impressed with my dealings with them. Will be my first choice visit, regardless of the fact I have 4 other stores closer to me.

New store and looks sharp but the merchandising is poor. The shape of the place isn't retagular and difficult to navigate. I found that I had to keep walking around until I found what I needed to investigate.

Nipped in here to find a blender, store layout was small and compact but. found want i wanted and purchased one. Staff were helpful during my shopping experience. Also price matched the blender.
