I can clearly and wholeheartedly say that this is the worst JB Hi-Fi branch ever. I was after a pretty specific product, iPhone 14 Pro Max, when I’ve visited there. When I got there, I immediately asked for help, but as soon as I told them I was looking for an iPhone, they immediately said me “naah, sorry we don’t have any” without even asking which model or version that I was after. Then I had to insist because regarding their website there still should be some. So they said sorry and actually asked for the specifics of what I was after, but as long as I gave the details they said “uhh, yeaah, sorry but we sold that one!”. But fortunately I didn’t bought that lame excuse neither. So I kept on insisting. I asked them if they were sure and I requested it double checked. Guess what?! It turned out to be there and I somehow maned to bought it. So, unfortunately as I suspected, the guy just lied to me without thinking. I had to talk and insist my way through to be able to spend $2400. That was the worst consumer experience of my life. I’d never visit there even if my life depends in it and I’d suggest anyone else to do the same. Seriously, whatever you’re after won’t worth it.

Attended the store today querying a pair of head phones and their price / available colours. I noted that there had been a recent sale on the headphones and asked whether there was any flexibility in lowering the price. I was told by the sales assistant there was not much wriggle room. Fine...no issues, I would consider other options. Please note I did not raise issue to this or attempt to debate the price and was happy to leave the store at that. I did not appreciate upon leaving the store to be told by the sales assistant that ‘well you should of got in your car and came when the sale was actually on’. I’m sorry, I didn’t actually know I wanted to buy them then. Thanks to your rude assistant, I attended Harvey Norman next door who did even better did an even better deal then JB’s previous ‘sale’ price. Thank you JB I’m happy to have given my business elsewhere and have saved myself $115. JB, don’t bite the hand that feeds you. Without your customers, you all wouldn’t have jobs. Maybe teach your workers to have a little more respect

Came in a few months back looking to buy a new laptop and sought some advice from a senior sales person. The store was empty so I spent a couple of minutes going over the options I was considering with the worker. To make small talk I mentioned that I worked at another JB Hi Fi location and his demeanour immediately changed. He refused to keep serving me and told me I "should have led with that" and directed me to a manager, i assume because he couldn't be bothered spending 5 minutes getting staff pricing in order despite the fact I wanted advice on computers and not an immediate staff sale (but he didn't give me the chance to even mention that) I left the experience feeling that he was only concerned with his commission, despite the fact there was no one else in the store to serve. I spoke briefly to another sales woman after making the decision alone and she sold me a laptop (despite the fact she wasn't a manager) Overall just a disappointing experience, genuinely won't be coming back.

The store was busy but Sonja acknowledge us while with another customer & got to us when she could. She was able to help us quickly & efficiently because she knew her stuff! I'm not a tech person & she didn't waste time explaining all the specifics & numbers that mean nothing to me. She listened then explained why she was recommending the phone she did. Even showed me a comparrison on the phone cameras to help explain. She knew she could change my plan to save me money, give me a better deal & wasn't trying to sell me a product i didnt need! Her customer service was awesome & Im super happy with my purchase!

Omg! Is this place an enigma. Glad I am not a shareholder in this company, seriously as they simply do not want to sell their stock! They impose rationing on the sale of trading cards that they have boxes of, 5 packets per sale per day is an absolute joke. I was kept waiting for half an hour the visit before last when the rationing occured, for the managers' approval to be able to sell me a packet of Pokemon Holloween cards?!! Seriously don't you guys at JB want to make sales?? Guess I will just have to go to EB games to avoid narcissist trade practices.

What a great experience! Josh helped us with our decision to buy a coffee machine, and it's very rare that we spend a thousand dollars on anything so extravagant, but he was a bloody superstar. He was run off his feet... It's Boxing Day, and there were 3 people before is who needed coffee advice, and even though we had to wait about 20 minutes, Josh kept touching base saying how long he'd be and apologising. Then it was our turn, and it was like we were the only customer in the store. Well done mate, thank you for an excellent shopping trip

I had a helpful experience yesterday with a young gentleman who helped me find a charging cable for my phone to operate Android Auto in my car, which didn't work with my new phone. He was able to give me some advice about the chargers and allowed me to test it out in my car before buying, and even though I couldn't get it work work straight away I decided to buy it and after getting home and doing a bit of navigating in the settings it worked! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but thank you, JB Frankton, anyway, for your assistance.

We recently finished building our new house and had to go shopping for a new tv, soundbar and robovac. We went to a few other retailers then walked into JB HIFI home centre and the pleasure of dealing with Allan, he was very helpful and sincere in helping us, we walked out with a all that we required for our new home, got a great deal and dealt with a genuinely great salesperson!! I went back a week later and purchased a eufy wireless security camera kit and doorbell from Allan.. a well deserved 5 star rating, thanks for everything!

A big thank you to Luke's customer service, the store was so busy last Saturday and not enough staff.The guy from electrical appliances called Luke was so helpful, very nice customer service, and went out of he's way to help me. I did spend a few thousand, they really need more staff on Saturdays.. thanks again Luke, I had a lot to do that day so couldn't wait and Luke was so nice service made me want to buy more and i am very happy to buy lots of good electrical appliances and a smart TV.

Went in for a 12 max pro screen protector, the very helpful guy behind the phone counter told me a 13 max pro would work (it doesn’t) Thought it would be a drama getting a refund or exchange but they were absolute champs about it. Refunded it and put a new protector on it. The chic that helped me was an legend and did an awesome job putting it on for me. Really appreciated it. Every other time I’ve been there always had a good experience. Little low on stock but otherwise great.

iPhones are not returnable even with a factory faulty issue, why should I bother to buy from u guys again. I paid for a new phone u guys should replace that phone for me. Why taking couple of weeks to fix it. Its just so wrong to buy any Apple devices from u. Now, i need to take my phone to apple myself to fix it what a kind of customer service is this. Your One Stop Electronics Shop. Amazing staff. Very polite and respectful. Staff possess a wealth of knowledge with all devices and gadgets and are always there for assistance. The affable sucurity guard help with pointing out help too and always has a great smile. The layout is easy to traverse with everything bundled up in their own groups and well displayed and all having specific staff allocated to those region with in-depth knowledge.

15 minutes standing around waiting to be assisted, to the point where other customers are asking me if I work in the store. 4 staff members having a chat around the computers, and 2 more near the counters also just having a complete chat. One girl with red hair, seeing someone ask for help - looks over and scurry’s to the backroom. Honestly how are you even still trading. I drove 2 mins over to Good Guys and got the machine cheaper.

JB is one of those places I hate to go in, as I become a kid in the candy store, looking at all those things that I know I dont really need but I just have to taste, or buy because they are on "special". Its also a chance foe an old fogey like me to update myself on technology with guys and girls who actually know a bit about what they are selling. This store is on the main road and their is ample parking, so it good for me

An older lady with grey hair and hideous unflatting appearance mocked me due to my confusion. I have a disability please teach your staff how to accommodate to us. A bearded male staff looked too tired to work. The young girls were busy on the phone. The security did not care and I witnessed them letting a bogan steal something! I give it two stars because it is a decent JBHIFI store.

Went this morning regarding our current TV. Absolutely sensational service provided by Moh the TV department manager and Komal. They were both extremely knowledgeable with the products and very professional. They went above and beyond with the service and providing a solution to our problem. We get fantastic service every time we attend this store. Dan, the manager, is exceptionally helpful, well-informed, and couteous, and every staff member in the store has been helpful, informative, and attentive when we need assistance. We never go anywhere else to buy our electrical goods as we value great customer service above all else.

While JB was massively understaffed last Sat, the young gentleman who initially served us in the computer tech department knew his stuff and was incredibly helpful. Area sales manager was also super helpful and apologetic for our wait time. Lucky we had all the time in the world. Would not have made a sale if it wasn't a Saturday morning.

Friendly staff, I've had a few great experiences in store now. Expect to pay more for similar items though, JB have been less competitive in recent years on games and computer equipment. But their range is excellent and their staff are friendly. It's a great place to go to touch and feel what your buying even if you do pay a little more!

These guys really know their stuff. Spoke to an assistant about buying a laptop and there was not a question he couldn't answer, plus he was very happy to share his time with us even though we'd already told him we were going to think about what we wanted. Never had a bad experience here. Went in on Monday to buy all new appliances for our home, and we were given nothing but the best customer service from Aden. He was a monumental help in choosing all of the products that best suited our needs and was polite, caring and engaging with everything he said. Great prices on everything.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. 28 calls made to the store across a day and not a single time could I even get through. If your unable to answer your phones, make a message that says so or turn them off. Letting them go through only to ring indefinitely is beyond substandard for a tech store.

Went in to browse the vinyl section. I has to leave empty handed as the way the stock is displayed is NOT how you put vinyl on shelves. It should be front cover FORWARD not backwards and on their sides. No record shop I've ever been in stack them like this. Just plain awful and frustrating.

The sales person was rude. And only money flashed in his eyes. I ordered my apple laptop here and the price dropped. They didn't tell me at all and try to delay the delivery in case I would argue for the price drop things. I found out this later. I don't like the experience there.
