Had to get a phone for work. Was lost amongst the sea of phones inside. Was directed to Danielle? (My apologies if I've butchered his name), but he was amazing and had indepth knowledge of the phones available and caters to your specific needs or 'icks'. I did read the Google reviews and was filled with trepidation before I went with my colleague. Would recommend this place, especially for those visiting Sydney for the first time. All members of staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. A little smile, goes a long way. PS; 'D' deserves a raise.

Pretty hassle free experience buying a new iPhone in store when I couldn’t find it in stock elsewhere. Two stars deducted as I was advised that I could sign up for Apple Care in store and receive one month free, plus ongoing at a discounted rate. After leaving the store I checked the paperwork I was provided and it’s not Apple Care but a seperate insurance provider. I’ll now need to arrange for this to be cancelled to ensure I’m not charged. I’m sure staff are incentivised for selling this and it is misleading to represent the product as Apple Care.

Google Pay works here with visa and Mastercard. Surcharge for Amex or Diners of 2.65%. they ask what card youre using even when via Google Pay to apply the surcharge. Eric and Jordan as well as the Filipino girl from telco were champs in helping me buy some Pixel 2 cases at a discount. Jordy is the man! Come see him for iPad deals. Dan was apologetic when I couldn't receive a $50 gift card immediately upon buying a 3-pack of Google Wifis, for a promotion and Phillip called me back the same day to fix the issue (and did, the following day).

Just went today to purchase the Xbox X. Called ahead in advance as we were an hour or so away to see their stock. Got there and the staff member we had was absolutely amazing in telling us ways in which we could improve our experience with the console and overall was just a great guy. The same can be said for the lady at the checkout as she was very patient even though we took a while to pay due to multiple different ways of payment. For sure reccomend

Overwhelmingly packed with everything electronics and so much more! Occasionally a staff member walked past and asked if I need assistance but most of the time I just wander around searching for what I was there to buy; it could be both good and bad depending on what you are looking for. Overall it's a well stocked store and staff are always willing to assist if you ask for it. Even the security guard tends to smile at you when entering or leaving.

Super friendly staff. They helped me find what I was looking for. To find it quicker, you can look up the item and give them the sku and model numbers. Don't forget to sign up to the free membership to get a bonus voucher on your birthday. While all products are covered by Australia's 1 year consumer warranty anyway I spring out for the warranty extension. I have gotten good replacements due to it.

Went in to buy a product and was going to be sold an extended warranty. I said not interested to the same question at least 4 times. When asked give me a reason why. I WALKED OUT. How dare you ask me to buy something I don't want. Your demanding attitude cost you a sale today and many into the future. Keep your staff under control and teach them customer relationships

5 stars purely for customer service. I came here for a specific wireless headphones (Jabra 75t Elites) and the store attendant advised that the one I was looking for was sold out. He gave me a deal by giving me the headphones one level above (Jabra 75t Elite Active) but at the same price as the ones that were sold out. Happy customer.

Prices of jb are kind of high but they they will match it with any price in Australia and that is very convenient for everyone and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly..... Specially the guys are knowledgeable and very willing to provide information that is needed to make the right decision

I am very satisfied with my recent experience shopping here. Staff were extremely helpful to fix an issue that was all of my own doing. It was an onerous process they had to go through to fix my issue yet they obliged without any fuss. Kudos to the JB Hi-fi Sydney City @ the Galleries staff!

I was meant to receive an almost $200 refund, the store manager told me it was done and the funds will be back in my account within 6 days. A few days later I was advised something completely different, no refund has been received. How can there be so many versions of the truth JB?

Such a horrible customer service experience. Staffs are extremely lazy, I asked for different colours of wireless earphones not bothering not search, replied these are all we have. I waited asked another staff, need to beg him to find in their system and found the colour I want.

Had a huge variety of items in the range that I was looking at. So much so I was having difficulty trying to choose what one would best suit my needs but thank to the friendly, helpfu and knowledgeable l staff I was able to narrow my choice down to the perfect item for me.

Very slow service at the cashier at 5pm with about 10 people waiting. Many staff around the store.
