Absolutely poor service. Was there to buy a new phone and some new leads. While i was at the phones and could not get help, even the two staff members standing at phones. They would rather talk to each other than help. I gave up on the phone and went and got the leads i needed. And on the way out the same two workers that would not help at the phone were still chating and blocking an isle that i needed to go down when i ask to pass they just kept on chatting and did not move. When i asked if customer service was part of there job. One of them just turnes around and said what do you want then. As was at that moment i choose to take the high ground and walk away before loosening my mind at him. They have now lost a customer for life over this. I would recommend not to go here unless you wanted to be treated as a poorly

Stood in the store for 15 minutes while the staff on the computer section where way too busy drinking coffee and couldn't really care nor did they even acknowledge me to be honest. I rung the store and spoke to the floor manager Arthur who said yeah it's not okay, but ring back after 2:30 and speak to Mark as the store manager, spoke to Mark who said this shocks me but I know the staff in question so that's not really good, my staff generally serve customers and are good. The store needs a massive KICK IN TO FIRST GEAR because they are RUNNING IN NO GEAR.

The worst service ever. Bought and paid for a Panasonic A/C 7.1 split system, even paid 55 AUD for delivery and didn't receive it after 2 months. The manager "Brendan" told me stop being rude twice in front of my whole family just because I was talking. They had my money for nearly 2 months and then refused to give me an apology gift card, even worse he started telling me that he is not able to refund my money because it was paid by gift cards. After long wait he came back saying "ok will process the refund on your credit card this time". Again for the 3rd time he accused me of being rude with him and his reason in it is that i am interrupting his talking, nonsense. I am really frustrated and never buying of this branch.

For many years I have spent $10K plus at this store and generally the help here is great. I recently went to JB Greensborough for advice on noise cancelling headphones and the sales assistant was completely uninterested. In fact, he bordered on being rude. I couldn't find anyone else to assist me therefore left and bought elsewhere. I provided feedback to the store manager who couldn't have bothered to contact me. Instead an assistant called and provided a vague apology. Given the poor level of service on this occasion, I assume JB HiFi isn’t interested in my purchases in the future.

A wonderfully spacious store that always seems to be brimming with friendly, engaging staff (received head nods and smiles from almost every one I walked past). A particular shout-out to Brooke at the service counter for dealing with my frugality when I requested a price adjustment on an item I had already purchased as the price had lowered since I had bought it. In this economy where every dollar counts more than ever, it was so lovely to have such kind, non-judgmental service for a task that I am sure is a bit of a hassle for the staff.

The layout of this store is bloody terrible, it's a nightmare trying to find the checkout, no one comes to help you, people are constantly blocking the walkways and bumping into you and there's way more items on display than they actually have available in stock. No, we don't want to wait for stuff to be ordered in, this is not the closest store to our place by a long shot, we came all this way because it was supposedly the only store that had the things we wanted in stock. Couldn't wait to leave this annoying labrinth

Purchased new phone and team member was what customer service is all about, knowledge of product and going the extra mile to advise and give written suggestions when I got around to setting up phone. Later in the day I realised that cover for phone was not the correct one, arrived back at store 15 minutes before closing and there was no pressure to vacate on time and was a whole team effort trying to locate correct case. This store and all staff are what customer service is all about! Great experience Greensbrough JB

Adam at Greensborough is brilliant. Thank you After two days of trying to buy a phone from Telstra, I was directed to Jb hi-fi in Greensborough, where Adam sold me the the exact phone I wanted and added it to my existing Telstra account. He ensured everything was ok and I was one happy customer on my way. I’ll be back. I stay with telstra because of the coverage around Australia but their sales and service is so bad rotten doesn’t event start to cover it. Thank god they have handed some if that over to jb hi-fi

I recently had the pleasure of buying a pair of wireless headphones from this store. Despite it being extremely busy I was greeted by Steve (they call him koala I assume there's an interesting story behind that..) with a polite smile and a pleasant greeting. He tolerated my endless barrage of questions with limitless professional patience and clearly knew a lot about the products he was selling. If only I could experience this level of customer service everywhere I shop... Many thanks.. I'll be back

Went in and bought a tv, paid for delivery, was told will be delivered between 7:30 and 10:30. After waiting and following up, was told it will be delivered after 1:00. followed up at 2:00 and still waiting. Nobody giving answers, nobody taking responsibility! still waiting on delivery! its honestly a horrible experience!!! Ruined the whole day for the whole family, at least tell people how long you will be late to deliver the item. Hopefully it arrives today and actually works!

They have a good variety of products making it a good place to check what's up there in the market, but the prices are not competitive. I always end up buying online or in another shop as I get much better prices. They could do better if they had s better customer service. It's not easy to find somebody to ask questions or to explain differences between same type of products. I prefer to buy in Harvey Norman. They have a better customer service and they match prices.

This is a HOME store, so more focus on appliances and large goods than a normal JB Hifi. Huge range, as per any JB Hifi location. Possibly too huge given the layout of the store. I shoplifted an entire TV here yesterday because I could not for the life of me find the counter. The security guard tried to chase me, but got lost in the coffee makers. For all I know, she's still there. Send help to her please. She'll be pretty overdriven on caffeine by now.

Went in last Friday ready to buy a Oppo X3 lite as it was on special. Rang up earlier to ask about stock... They had two left. Had a few questions to ask in store but was ignored by staff for a good 10mins... Ended up ordering finding the info online and ordering from The Good Guys online where it was $12 cheaper while in store. I'm annoyed because I have a lot of brand loyalty to JB and I know they would have price matched.

Absolutely amazing staff! Super helpful when I returned a faulty TV tonight. They went well and truly above and beyond to help me and I left with a better TV for a seriously awesome price even though I couldn't refund my faulty one (my fault, not theirs). They were so kind and obliging and made my son and I extremely happy. Thank you to the store manager and storeman! Legendary customer service! Highly recommend them :)

Absolutely useless click and collect service. Urgently needed a new phone and after correctly entering all my details, they rejected it as fraudulent, twice. Maxed out my card, took the funds out of the account so i couldn't even purchase a phone anywhere else. And after calling to resolve this issue another way, was told there's nothing they can do. I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes looking for and not finding an advertised item. Was not approached by any staff member at that time but it appeared they had enough time to chat with each other. When I approached a group of three staff I was asked to wait. Okay, so with JB the prices are high, they are high because that have a no fuss return policy and the cost of the replacement is out into the initial price. You could get a similar product on line somewhere else for a cheaper price. Having said this, they do have discounted items that ARE at a good price. Be on the look out for these. Most product prices can be reduced just by asking.

EXCELLENT. From the greeting at the door, the service at the desk and to the manager I had to see. 5 stars. I had to return a faulty product and nothing was a problem. I used to work at Harvey Norman and returns were always a nightmare interaction. NOT HERE. The store is actually really big once you go in. Huge car park so that’s no issue. Right next to car part for convenience.

I recently went in to JB Hifi Greensborough. I went in to buy headphones and the lovely sales assistant Ben asked if I would like a telstra phone plan review. I had no idea they were a telstra shop. He was incredibly helpful, saved me dollars and threw in a $500 gift voucher. I believe Ben went above and beyond and I really appreciated his help. I wish him well in his career.

The staff here are really nice. If you're a repete customer they remember you and 7f they can they voluntarily discount :) DVD'S are not dead technology! This is my hill and I'll take as many with you as I can. When covid finally over comes humanity in our Mad Max style landscape with the internet dead my collection will be worth more than you can possibly imagine!

I came in store and brought a few items I left the store and seen I got the wrong item, so I went back in store to get a refund. The manager Brendan refused to give me a refund without showing my personal ID even though I had the receipt and I literally was there 3min prior. Brendan was passive aggressive and made a simple transaction hard.

Everytime I've gone into the DVD section l have given up because of the extremely loud music blaring out of the ceiling speakers. Last time it was heavy metal music, couldn't think straight so l walked out. Young store managers forget to realize that the middle aged spenders don't like that kind of atmosphere to shop in.

While it’s a great store I felt so stupid talking to some of the sales team. Just spoken down to while I was clearly distressed. While I can accept a miscommunication happened I don’t understand the need for mansplaining, not letting me speak and repeating the same comments instead of actually answering my questions.

I have been to some JB Hi-Fis that were so understaffed that I had to wait half an hour or more to get my questions answered or get help with finding the product. In contrast to all those branches, the Greensborough JB HiFi is very responsive to customers' needs and staff are really friendly and helpful.

Well stocked and attentive staff. For once I did not have to go looking for assistance. Aisles were clutter free and displays laid out well. Good selection of products and off course competitive prices. Tip always ask for the best price. Surprising JB will always come back with a better price.

I must say sales of monitor area (one lady and male today) especially the lady is so not professional......she introduce nothing to me at all today. No attitude no passion, confuse why hire this kind of ppl? Even complain when turning around. Fine, buy monitor on Amazon is better than here.

Customer service is poor and needs to be addressed. When someone is clearly looking around for someone to come and help them as they want to purchase something, the staff should be helpful. Staff busy talking to each other instead of helping customers. People skills need to be addressed.

Well stocked and busy place, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable within their particular areas and will help out even when not their department. Easy to navigate and the counter staff seen quite efficient and get the line moving. I was there recently around Christmas sales time.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a faulty laptop and the staff were great, understandably they had to do some checks themselves and decify the wrongly labelled code from Lenovo to authorise the refund. They always have good deals and are happy to price match items.

I've been going to the Greensborough JB HiFi for quite some time now. The staff there have always been super helpful and great to deal with. Recently, I had to make a claim on a product under warranty. They made it really easy to drop off and had it taken care of quickly.

Nice JB Hi-Fi store that is nestled at the end of Greensborough Shopping Centre, and while it looks small on the outside this is one of their HOME superstores which means it's bigger, and has a large range of home appliances that you won't find at normal JB Hi-Fi stores!

Went in at 2:15pm 29/11 and had the worst experience. It’s my birthday and wanted to buy new headphones and was ignored for 30mins by multiple staff members, specifically a young guy talking about lunch and a lady in a rainbow shirt. Super disappointing experience.

Often easy enough to find the music I want. They now have vinyl available at more than a few at the back. Although it is not a large variety I usually see something at one point every once in a while. I got help with selecting my laptop and I'm happy with it.

I liked the customary ice cream that you can acquire while shopping here. But there is some problems 1) lack of dog cheese, i cannot stress this enough but your dog cheese stocks suck. 2) garden gnomes are running wildly in this establishment and its a shock.
