I initially went to JC to ask about having a 3 band Turkish wedding ring resized. Not only were George and Joe exceedingly helpful and informative, but they were able to do the resizing on the spot promptly and at a great price. They took the time to ensure that the fit was exact and that my ring was immaculate as the day I first got it – sparkle and all! I also enquired, after the above, about having a 25th anniversary ring made. Jo and I sat down and had a great conversation about the process, the stones I was looking for as well as the metal to be used and desired band width. Once this had been decided, JC sourced two gorgeous Australian sapphires and produced a 3D render and CAD concept drawings for discussion and review. The design process was wonderfully collaborative and communication was very easy, whether on the phone or in store. I really appreciate the time both Jo and George spent with me and Jo’s quick turnaround of the design changes. Production of the ring went smoothly and Jo kept me in the loop as to progress. Today I had the joy of picking up my custom-made ring and am incredibly happy. It is truly wonderful to have such a treasured journey symbolised physically and to know that the people who helped it into reality understood the emotion and sentiment behind it. George and Jo have a great knowledge of what is possible and a passion for what they do. The care and thoughtfulness that they have for myself as a client and the resulting piece was very evident and it was truly a great experience. Thank you both!

There's nothing 'fine' about this Jewellery store. The guy behind the counter who appears to be the Manager\Owner has a bad attitude with absolutely no sense of what constitutes good customer service. The products I have purchased from this store are extremely poor quality as well.There's plenty of other options for jewellery in the area, so why put up with it? This establishment doesn't deserve our business. Post Script: I was in store 17th November 2022. I was served by a person at the counter to the left of the store as you walk in. I presented a necklace purchased from the store two years ago, for in excess of $300. The small clasp had broken, so I needed it replaced. I had already spent money on getting the same necklace fixed twice before. This sales person made up several excuses as to why it had broken, including blaming me. He was going to charge me to fix the piece of jewellery he had sold me....for the 3rd time!! It's worth noting that the clasp itself cost $3.50 to buy on its' on. The service is $35. So for the sake of $38.50, this establishment has lost a regular customer and gained another bad review. No THAT'S how you do business!! NOT.

I have never written a google review for anything but feel compelled to do so now. Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this store. Joseph and his team come across friendly at first and there is a lot of talk about 'customer service' but it's all insincere. After spending thousands of dollars on a ring that was faulty (the diamonds fell out three times within the span of 6 months), Joseph tried to blame me for the issue, rather than take responsibility for the poor workmanship. He became increasingly aggressive, spoke over the top of me (and my friend who was with me on one of the occasions) and became incredibly defensive, argumentative and rude. I've had the ring seen by other reputable jewellers since and they agree that it is poorly made. I am now forced to take legal action to get my money back but am writing this review in the hope that it saves others from having the same awful experience as me.

I am upset and disappointed at the mishandling of a valuable vintage chocker by their third party jeweller contracted for these procedures. It required to be restrung 3 times and was permanently damaged on the 3rd attempt . No ownership of issue or responsibility was taken and I had to insist on a refund which was given with bad grace and no customer respect by Joe. This is coming from a business whose webpage claims “Our clients are always our first and main priority and we strongly believe that once you have gained a client’s trust and loyalty, you have won them over for life. You’ll always be at the top of our list” Poor experience Not recommended

I was optimistic that I would be able to find a piece for my Godson at this jewellery store. The quality appeared to be what I was looking for. But upon first entry, I was told that I could not take out my phone to take a photo or FaceTime my family who are overseas and whose opinion I wanted into order to select the right item. This day and age, with concierge shoppers and family unable to travel or high risk elderlies staying out of shopping centres. I am surprised and disappointed of the short sightedness and would prefer to spend my time and money at a store with a more modern and open mind.

I absolutely love my new earrings. They are so, so beautiful and exactly what I want. An adjustable design so they can be worn two different ways. Joe is always supportive with understanding my design ideas. He can then create these stunning earring pieces. All the staff at JC Fine Jewellers are also friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with my earrings. I recommend JC Fine Jewellers to anyone looking for excellence.

I've been a customer of JC Fine Jewellers for a long time now and I've always experienced great customer service from Joseph and his staff. They are very friendly and professional. The shop is nicely appointed and I love the selection of jewellery they have. I would highly recommend JC Fine Jewellers.

Bought a lovely little pendant from this place. It is beautiful and great quality but a little on the pricey for what it is (compared with similar products at other retailers). Woman in the shop was very kind and helpful.
