So Last week I called this place to schedule an appointment for Saturday of the next week.Prior to contacting them I contacted multiple other Beauty Spa's which were all booked for the week or month until I called this place which said they were fully booked for Saturday which was understandable as most people would be off this day.So the lady I got said they have one open slot Friday morning at 11am, I was hesitant to book for a moment but I finally agreed to schedule me in and if someone maybe cancels on the Saturday they can put me in and proceed to communicate that to me.Today I came in from quite a far distance to be told by a different receptionist that I was not booked in for Friday morning but Saturday morning. I was confused and appalled because I know without a doubt the receptionist on the phone scheduled me in for Friday morning as I wrote it down when I was on the line and the whole reason she booked me for Friday was because Saturday was fully booked as I'd expected and Friday as it would be a weekday had an open slot. This was a big disappointment for me, as I drove from a far distance.GAS is not CHEAP ESPECIALLY in these trying times. You guys need to have a more efficient way of scheduling people, most establishment have a text notification system after scheduling clients to avoid this inconvenience. I'm not sure if the lady that scheduled me confused the dates or changed it later on to Saturday without notifying me but this a clear indication of poor management and lack of organisation. And you need to acknowledge that this issue on your part can be problematic and frustrating for people.If you come to this place, I highly recommend to call to confirm your appointment before coming as their scheduling procedure is clearly flawed.

2023 Lillian and Jian are EXCEPTIONAL as always, just wanted to update my review. The service has not changed. 100% recommend for Massage!!!! ———————- 2022 Jian, Is the best massage therapist I have experienced til this date. She is very professional, targets muscle tightness/focused problems, and does a very excellent job. Exceeded my expectations as a massage therapist, thank you again. Definitely coming back and referring this place to my family and friends. EDIT: 6 months later I have referred this place to my family members and friends. They also agreed that this place provides excellent massage and facial services. I wanted to add that if Jian is busy/fully Booked, The other RMT Lillian is just as great!!! I really love this place and don’t have any plans of moving anywhere else anytime soon!

I had an 1 hour comprehensive massage session in fall 2021. The best RMT session I had in 3 years. The therapist had 18 years experience in this field. She was able to find my problem area, identified hidden issues I did not even feel and go above and beyond in the treatment process. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious with calm music playing the entire session. When you go in the entrance. You will be welcomed by receptionist and the owner in person. I was offered slippers and had some nice chat with them. They truely made me feel like home. Free parking is right in front of the spa. Easy to find. After my appointment, I did some shopping in the nearby plaza - Homesense and Walmart. Happy to get so much done in one visit. Looking forward to going back soon for my next RMT session.

I was super sore from my weightlifting program and decided I needed to treat myself to a deep tissue massage. I wanted somewhere nearby and I found JC massage/beauty spa on Google. I thought I'd give it a try considering they had great reviews already! I was glad to come into a wonderful greeting. They definitely make you feel welcomed there. I believe Jian was the therapist who did my massage? She asked about where I would like her to focus more on, and I told her my quads and back shoulders. She did such an amazing job with incredible customer service! She is literally the sweetest person ever. I enjoyed her company and how much she cared for her clients. I am definitely coming back there when I need to loosen up my muscles/joints! Thank you again!

I would like to share my positive experience with JC Massage & Spa. I went to JC Massage & Spa a week ago because I had a pain in my left side of lower back and my whole body was worn down. I explained my concerns to Jian and she immediately knew what to do. Jian used a hot stone massage and she gave me many good suggestions for my future well being. I really appreciate her profesionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and positive energy towards my whole massage & Spa experience. I also enjoyed my facial massage and microdermabrasion with the experienced Lilian. Thank you so much JC Massage & Spa for making me feel stunning, energized and happy again!

After having a bad couple days I was in desperate need of self care. After walking into a previous salon and feeling uncomfortable I immediately started looking else where. I came across this place and decided to give them a call. Jian was nice enough to accommodate me on such short notice. As soon as I walked in she made me feel very comfortable. Her massage was amazing and very much needed. This everyone working in this place is very friendly and pleasant. Not to mention very clean and presentable. Got the massage and mani pedi package. Was very disappointed with the massage since the masseuse’s nails were too long and kept scratching me throughout the massage. It was not relaxing at all. The mani pedi was rushed and rough. It seemed like the person doing it was rushing since it was the end of their shift. My nail polish was smudged once I left since there wasn’t enough drying time. When I went to pay, I was also told the package was more than it was stated on the website after the appointment.

RMT massage was great however, they have charged me full cost upfront and also submitted the cost through my insurance and got paid basically twice. Afrer they have received the money from my insurance they just kept it quite like nothing happened. I had to call them and ask for the reimbursement then they were like sorry we made a mistake. What a fraud business! If you were there before I recommend you check your previous receipts and your bank account. Would not recommend this place!

The staff here is very kind and professional, the atmosphere is very zen, and the space is always clean. They do direct billing and I usually book my appointments over the phone. I go to May for acupuncture and massage therapy and she's always very focused and does a great job. The only problem sometimes is the walls are very thin, so you can hear conversations from other rooms which can be distracting.

I booked a last minute RMT appointment with the owner Jie. I strained my back this week and have been having trouble sleeping as a result. Jie asked me questions about the injury and what I’d like her to focus on. My back feels so much better after two days in pain. My first time here. Friendly and helpful reception, great therapy and a beautiful space. Would come here again.

Was so happy to have found a place to get my eyebrows waxed/get a massage/get a mani-pedi right around the corner from my workplace. The place is very clean and calming and Jian, the owner is super friendly, welcoming and does her best to give you the best possible experience when you go to JC. I went in for a chemical peel and not only did it do nothing but made my skin worse. The peel itself didn’t do anything but the lady doing the pore extraction decided to work on my active acne.I went to the dermatologist and told me she wasn’t supposed to do an extraction on active acne but only on blackheads!!! Don’t go here for extraction

Excellent massage therapy provided by the RMT Jian. She is so passionate about her work and had so much knowledge regarding the massage. I had extreme pain in lower back area and I felt so good after the service. She has magic in her hands! Someone who is looking for RMT definitely must visit here. In love with this place! Went for Acupuncture twice and absolutely loved it. May did an excellent job on my body. The stiffness on my neck is all gone and my body feels so relaxed now. One of the best massage experiences I've ever had. I've been dealing with back and shoulder issues for many years and I was brought immediate relief. Staff is extremely friendly and the place is very well kept and clean. Bonus is the fact they offer direct insurance billing! You've got yourself a new loyal customer!

I made a mistake of trying another massage place when JC was closed and I regret it. The past 10ish years, Ive been getting massages regularly and can definitely say that their therapists give the best massages. Both Jian and May are good. The place is clean and modern. Customer service is good as well.

I was feeling my face skin looks tired and dry. Called them and they were available, so I was there 20 min after my call! Lilian spent an hour on my face to clean and moisturize it! Result was really satisfying and I have planned to go for my facial regularly because it is really worth it!

This is the best place for massage. This is my 2nd visit and they treat their clients very well and ask couple of questions before doing the massage and trying to understand the concerns and try to more focus on the issues which I felt was very nice. I'm happy to visit again.
