I really wanted to like this place but my experience was awful. I called to make an appointment at 4 one day and was told to come at 430. I had shellac on and sat with acetone and tinfoil on my nails to remove it for over 30 minutes while the owner went to the back. My fingers were waterlogged from sitting soaking that long. It took 45 minutes to get the shellac off. Someone walked in for their massage at 5:15 and my technician hadn’t even finished shaping my nails and still had to put on polish. The poor girl waited 30 minutes for her massage appointment when I got up and left without my nails done because I felt so bad. I get it, it’s one person running the whole salon but the service was so incredibly slow and not that great, took a chunk of my nail off too

I am always very pleased with my experience here. So far I've gotten a massage and facial. My skin was glowing after the facial and the massage left me feeling very relaxed. I also appreciate how they don't try to sell me a ton of products after the facial, unlike most spas I've been to. The spa is very simple, clean and comfortable, and smells super nice. This is not a high end downtown spa so if you're looking for a luxurious, immersive experience, you might be better off somewhere else. But if you're looking for a high quality treatment at a very affordable price, Sea Lavender is perfect. They are also very accommodating and are always able to book me a same-day appointment. This is my go-to spa in Scarborough.

I went to get a massage because I have very tense back and shoulders. I was surprised when the RMT told me the price was for full body massage since it is the same price that I have paid at other places just to get get a back massage. I have been receiving massages at other places, but here has been one of the best I had. They put enough pressure on me to relax the tension accumulated in my torso, but also made sure to relax my legs, neck, face, and arms. The RMT used gloves, which allowed her hands to move easily through my body without feeling pain or dryness. I highly recommend this place as the service I received was of high quality.

I have been going to Sea Lavender Wellness & Spa for two years now (recommended by a family member), and they are amazing, professional, and friendly. It is also very clean, and I like that they take only one person in the spa at a time (which is why I have continued to go there for RMT massages throughout the pandemic). For the massages, I usually get the deep tissue massage, as I have a lot of upper back and neck pain, and they always do an amazing job. They always know the exact spot to work on without me having to mention it. I have also tried the hot stone massage, and that was a good experience as well.

They need to improve on their customer service skills and communication. I got a 90min hot stone massage here, the massage was good but the over all experience was below average. The prices vary for different massages, be sure to clarify the rates clearly. I had left my experience review here and within a few hours the RMT called me to apologize about the whole situation. I appreciate that they tried to clear up the issues and hope they can provide a better service in the future.

just came from my first appointment here. Candace was phenomenal. I simply have no words to describe how grateful I am to have found this place. She's found all the right spots where I've been feeling so much pain in my back/neck/shoulder area that no other RMT, physio therapist, or chiropractor has ever been able to pinpoint and help me out with. I was already talking about booking my next appointment midway through my massage session.

I've been going to Candace for many years and I'm never disappointed with her services. She is a talented, professional, skilled and knowledgeable esthetician. I've never been disappointed with the waxing services she provides. Soon I will begin pedicures and manicures. You will not be disappointed either. Ample parking is available and her salon is always bright, clean, quiet and she's a good conversationalist.

RUDE NAIL TECHNICIANS!!!! My mom came for a pedicure and got the worst treatment ever. Rude, unprofessional and asking an extra fee, just because my mom is not from here doesn't mean you treat her differently and take advantage of her!!!!! WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EVER AND WILL LET EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD KNOW YOUR BAD SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.

They are quite distracted by reception work and leave the room 10 times. Sadly, they do not even consider compensation for the minutes spent while distracted. SKIP this place and SAVE your MONEY.

Very poor service and rude, I did my shellac french pedicure which looks so ugly. My nails didn't cut properly, used a very dirty foot file. The foot massage was done in one minute, she just applied lotion on my feet that's all. I will never go again. Recommend please don't waste your money on this sea lavender wellness & spa.

Receptionist must hate her job. Called to get an appointment and her tone was bored and impatient. Then she gave me a bogus time that I didn’t ask for and then said if that’s not good enough I could come next week and again gave me a time that doesn’t work for me. Couldn’t get a straight answer about anything. Don’t bother.

Had a really nice experience I came in for a facial and a shellac manicure. The esthetician was very sweet and always making sure I was comfortable and did a really good job listening to my wants and needs, I really enjoyed my facial and my nails look amazing will deffinately be coming back!!
