If I could give a 0 I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went in today to get my son shoes this morning there were 3 female workers at the front counter who just completely ignored me they were talking amongst themselves the whole time whilst putting things away then they served themselves. Waited so long for someone to help and was just ignored the whole time while they talked amongst themselves. Their customer service is horrible & would not recommend this store to anyone. They need to fire everyone at that store and get a whole new team that actually knows how to provide customer service! Pathetic place. I will never go there again.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! You have all these people working there an NOT ONE OF THEM know how to great customers let alone approach to see if any one needs a hand! I’ve worked in retail for 15 years maybe I should come teach you how to have customer service! Last night I brought over $400 worth of clothes plus I asked to put a pair of shoes on hold till the next day only to come in a they sold it!! Worst customer service ever seen! Seems like the owner/manager does not care as this is not the only comment about it. I went to the store 3-4 different time for different shoes. Each time was told the same thing to wait and wait and end up no one get back to you to even tell you what happening. You have to approach the staff after 10-15 mins waiting and ask for it. Then got told “size not available”. I am sure the staff are lazy to look for it as before they going to the back to look for it on their phone system said “available”. What a joke!!!!!!

Absolute worst customer service! Just lost a $600 sale!!! I understand it's busy but waiting over 10 minutes for shoes to come from out back (which never happened) to be told "it's hectic so you need to wait". This was after we whe asked where are the shoes. You served others after us who got their shoes! Clean up your act! Shop elsewhere as they don't care about providing any decent customer service!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just called to ask if they had a particular shoe in stock & was hung up on 3 times as they claimed they couldn’t hear me. After the 4th call someone finally spoke to me and they were EXTREMELY rude and short. They could definitely hear me the first 3 times, but obviously didn’t want to take the call! Worst customer service! Will not be purchasing the shoes here!

wouldn’t even give a star. The with girl with black curly hair, false lashes, chewing gum was the worst person ever. Didn’t bother to help us. Fine they didn’t have my daughter’s shoe size but i did ask if they can tell me what shoe size she is. She just bluntly ignored me. i’m one very disappointed customer.

don’t ever shop here! the staff are straight up lazy and don’t even help customers. if you hate helping customers that must don’t work in retail!! they just hire a bunch of teens who have a certain “appearance” with absolutely no work ethic. fix your store or your just gonna keep losing sales.

because when i called to ask for shoes, they advised me they were sold out. i later found out through someone who visited the store they in fact had the shoes i was after in stock. they couldn’t be bothered looking for what i was after, plain lazy.

Bad customer service. Experienced Two young staff girls being rude, mocking and laughing at my friend for no reason, making everyone uncomfortable and caused a sense of judgement.
