Very disappointed in truck 13 ! After being at a four way stop on Atlantic snd Arlington Road , The truck appeared behind me and I pulled out into the highway and observed the lights ! Only to follow them into Winn-Dixie and watch the driver go in and purchase roses .. of course very quickly ! Stopping in the fire zone ! I did approach him and ask him was that the emergency that push me out into a four-way highway , he smiled and said yes ! As a nurse in our community I am very disappointed to witness such a waste of taxpayers money ! Not feeling confident for my patients in that area and the response time ! Sad Day to witness ! Get it together 13 !

Just witnessed ambulance 13 follow behind a car on Hendricks with almost no car length distance. Ambulance then honks. It was loud, obviously startling driver and it slowed. Ambulance almost rear ended car. Then ambulance swerved to right as if turning and turns back onto Hendricks cutting me off. Then turned right on Atlantic with no turn light. I have video! I fully support JFRD and think they do amazing work. This was scary to see.

Everyone at station 13 is part of the Jacksonville special operations team. Not only do they receive the typical fire rescue training, but they go well above and beyond. I’m extremely thankful that this team is the one to respond to my children’s school in an emergency. The group here is knowledgeable, respectful, and highly capable. I would trust them with any emergency, for me or my family.

Engine 13 came to a residents apartment and a few of them had nasty attitudes. no one chose your job. you did! you don't like it? quit! Let someone who wants to work and save lives work. There was no reason for anybody to have an attitude. I support JFRD but if you in your feelings, please feel free to get your attitudes in check. Thank you

Some of the nicest guys. Our toddler saw their truck parked out front and wanted to see it a little closer. We rang the doorbell and Some firefighters came out to meet us. They were so patient with his questions and showed him what was inside all the doors along the side of the truck. He had the best time

I ain’t never been to a place where the emergency vehicles are trying to force people thru a red light to move out of their way with ON COMING TRAFFIC!!!! And I thought Nashville was bad yall are a whole other level!!!
