My boyfriend called 911 after I fell and bent my leg completely backwards tearing 5 ligaments at 9 months pregnant. I was in the worst pain of my life. They responded to the call very quickly and came inside super fast. Everyone was so helpful and I think I asked them to punch me in the face because I was in so much pain and couldn’t have much pain meds because I was pregnant. One man stayed with me while I was getting situated in the trauma center at Shands (since my boyfriend didn’t arrive yet) and I wish I remembered his name. They responded so quickly and did everything right.I remember praying to God while I waited for help to arrive and he sent the best team. Thank you.
(For the Northside Lem Turner fire department/rescue) My Greyhound dog, Tobi, stepped on a piece of glass that severed her artery. I couldn't stop the bleeding, couldn't get help so I called 911 and told them my dog stepped on glass but they thought I said "my daughter." When rescue arrived at my house, they didn't hesitate to help me anyway. They stopped her bleeding, bandaged her up, carried her to my car and told me where to bring her for emergency services. They saved my dog's life, who means more to me than anyone in the world. I want to tell them THANK YOU. Thank you for saving my best friend!

They were great in getting to my house fast and helping my Father when he had cardiac arrests and performed life saving procedures. Thanks you to all you gave us 6 more days with my Dad before he passed.
Came to get blood pressure checked because I was very nauseous. No one in office, called out by the trucks several times and no one there either …
