They will give you wrong information and they will try to scare you on every step which helps them to grab the higher money from you. Part:1 - They do not have blood bank in the hospital they will ask you to arrange blood otherwise we will not operate patient in next 30 mins. Then they will call third party blood bank even you have donor available and "Divine blood bank" will charge you 1800 Rs. per unit of blood. They will not tell when blood units come and transfuse to patient. Part : 2 - Then come to medicine and OT items. They will give you yellow OT item checklist and send you for medicine. Don't go anywhere you have only one option to buy medicine because these medicines you will get only from inside located medical shop (Paras Medicos). You will now face mood swings of medical shop owner behavior. At the time of buying medicine he will smile and assure you to give best discount on medicine and after that when you visit for final billing then you will see the second face of owner. He is like we want medicine free. Trustees is also blind folded. Nobody cares. Doctors is instructed to write only brand medicine which is available next medical shop near hospital. Maha bakwaas hospital do not go there. Doctors are good but people working on system or handeling paper work are literally illiterate. I have received my girl child birth certificate with all wrong information, like wrong phone no, wrong mother name. I mean they don't even bother to consult attendants to see wether they have filled correct form or not like seriously? I have to run all over the MCD offices now to get them correct. Pathetic and illiterate staff. I can understand that it is a charitable hospital but it has all the facilities but hospital senior faculty needs to understand that they need good literate people who can handle the paper workload.

Experience was worst I visited the hospital for Maternity treatment and delivery. But the doctor named NUPUR (Mithi Chhuri) Apni mithi mithi baato main fasa leti hai aur aapko Naya Samjh kar Chijo ko lekar darati hai Kayi kayi baar unnecessary admit karti hai. Commission based Doctor unnecessary admit karo commission banao. She was trying to deliver my baby in 8 months. (Premature birth) Main Bhaga hu waha se. I'll never suggest anyone, Overall Charges are high according to Charitable. Conclusion:- (Don't visit for Delivery, I'm pretty sure your patient will definitely have a C section)

First of all this is not a charitable hospital now.they make your bill like other private hospitals.but facilities are 0 here.rooms are soo dirty and they take room rent very high. Not providing food for patient my wife get. C section delivery and my chid are in nursing room . In pain my wife have to go there and feed baby there is no nurse will come to take you . They just focus only on to take money but give 0 facilities to patients.and overall. location are very bad first and last experience here .very bad i will share room pix see how dirty there rooms are

It's a good hospital with nice facilities and the faculties are amazing and professionals.. but the bed charge for a day is 4000 on first day as of now then it remains 3000 on second day and after... The cost of medicines are nominal and the hospital is very much clean and clear, not very crowded just the road outside of hospital is conjusted and full of Chaos.... Reaching to the hospital in peak hours is a task itself....

Very bad expirence . Let i tell you a truth to this hospital . Doctor always prescribe expensive medicine because in front of this hospital there is a medical shop .They give u expensive medicine because there is commision that goes into pocket of doctor I have only strain in my neck . Bill was Rs 1232 .

Experience was very bad with Dr rahul kumar sahu I was waiting since 1 hour n my leg got fractured having severe issue lot of bleeding in My leg after plaster but no one responding us in proper manner, doctor don't have time management.

The street is so small where the hospital is located mine was first experience was great as doctor available and get my number on time also you can find the parking inside the hospital Gyne and physician doctors seating in the basement

Yesterday I was visit for my eyes checkup. Dr. Pravin kumar was attended me. They checked my eyes with in two minutes and said to me your eyes are ok but i can't read because my eyesights are week.

Dr. Nupur is very humble.... Dr. Rinku is also doing good job.... Great atmosphere cheap rates for middle class, cleaning is also good. One suggestion for toilet is not up to the Mark.

No responsibility of patient means they should atleast appoint wardboy in general opd whosoever is going inside without waiting for their turn.. Hilarious

It is very useless hospital and very useless staff. Staff do not know whether doctor will come or not. We go and waste time there and come back.
