My goodness, what can I say about this experience: I intuitively looked up James, after learning from a customer service representative with a conventional auto insurance company, that I wasn't eligible for insurance with them, due to having had 3 tickets in the past four years on my driving record. Who knew?! I didn't-initially. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to reach out and leave a voice-mail and email with James. Immediately, he responded with a listening ear regarding my situation, and always answered my questions with kind intention and awareness of the industry. Every interaction with him was genuine and honest. Not only is James a professional, he is just simply, attentive and caring to potential customers. He did a good measure of almost 6 months of quoting for me, over the course of my car shopping journey, with the current economy we have. I now have found my car and am officially insured! With this experience alone and regardless of potential costs (although reasonable and affordable), I don't believe I'll ever go back to a conventional auto insurance company. The service received with James, has converted me to pro-broker all the way and I will definately recommend him to any of my close encounters whom are seeking insurance.. I am sincerely grateful.

I highly recommend James Inwood as an insurance broker. He has been my insurance broker for many years and he always delivers exceptional service. He always responds to my calls and my emails. He always follows up with any concerns that I may have and he takes the time to explain to me what is happening with the industry which is affecting the insurance rates. He has been finding me the lowest quotes with the best coverage. You will not find a more hard working broker; who tries to find you the best insurance quote for your house and car. He is also very knowledgeable with whatever is going on in the insurance industry. I have referred a few friends and family members to him and they have been very happy with him as well.

Dealing with insurances companies can be quite a pain in the tush but I have been corresponding with James Inwood at this company and he has completely changed my perspective and made getting insurance into a rather wonderful and easy experience (Who would have thought you'd say that about insurance right?) I was connected with James who went above and beyond what I expected by spending well over an hour on the phone with me to answer all the questions I had about insurance in Ontario (I'm new to the province).
