One of our best decisions in recent years was moving to Morison Ins.. We were fortunate to be matched up with Angie Cancian, Broker/Account Manager who worked through the Xmas season and around our vacation schedule to find suitable auto and home coverage to replace an existing policy. Two years later at renewal, Angie identified a material change in the home policy and after discussion with us, managed to source coverage similar to what we had, but at lower cost. At that point the Morison firm had pretty much exceeded our expectations, so this year, to show our gratitude, we went out and had a car accident. Our first call was to Angie. Once she determined everybody was OK, albeit a bit dazed and in need of assistance, she volunteered to notify the insurance company on our behalf and then introduced a claims specialist within the firm who offered to provide support, if required as we made our way through the damage assessment and beyond. Danielle La Course was the perfect choice...... eager to get involved and clearly up to the task. She had previously worked as an adjuster so had contacts in the industry and knew how things worked (or maybe didn´t work). Our arrangement was to call her if the process bogged down, and it did at times, so on those occasions Danielle stepped in and got things back on track . The support we received was amazing and very much appreciated, although really no different than the competent, customer focussed service we have enjoyed from Morison and employees since day one. They have clearly earned our endorsement.

Morison Insurance are by far the absolute best and most knowledgeable brokers I have ever come across. I cannot do justice in describing how amazing their responsiveness skills are. I started working with Simon to get insurance coverage for my home and high value vehicles which was a bit challenging BUT Simon knew exactly how to get it done. It took him a week to find the proper coverage and get it all set up and I cannot tell you how incredible it was to get a daily update email during this initial week, even when there was sometimes no progress. I never felt forgotten or that I was not a priority, on the contrary, he always replied to my emails promptly and called me if needed. He did a lot of work on his end just so I had to do the minimum on mine. After signing up with Simon, I was referred to Joti who would take care of all my future insurance needs and she was just as amazing. Very responsive, immediate, and helpful. Any changes or requests are done within 48hrs tops and unlike previous brokers I had, I NEVER had to send more than one email to request something. When it comes to Joti and Simon, they make you feel like you are their sole client and they are simply awaiting to serve your needs. I am so relieved and from my previous broker experience, Morison Insurance is the only insurance brokers that i don't dread having to email or call.

We were just 2 weeks into an 8 month renovation of our 89 year old house when our Builder (confirmed by our Structural Engineer) discovered that we needed to underpin the foundation. When I contacted our home insurance provider, I learned that they were unable to insure our house if we proceeded to underpin. Our Builder referred me to Holly Abbott at Morison Insurance Brokers. I reached out to Holly first thing Monday morning and 3 days later, we had the insurance coverage we needed in place. Our Architects, Engineers, Builder, and Holly all shared my urgency. I already had most of the information that I needed to complete the application form, and what I was missing, the Builder supplied very quickly. Holly reviewed my application carefully to make sure that it was done correctly. Do it once, do it right. Thank you, Holly! You were the calm in the storm. As soon as I spoke to you, I knew you were going to be able to solve our insurance problem.

I am with Morison Insurance for the last several years and always found their representative Ms. Joti Rait, as an excellent resource to get a sound advice from to meet my Auto and Property insurance needs. So when recently I bought another car to add to my Auto Insurance Policy while at the same time I had to sell my old car, consulting with her helped me to make a stress free good decision. I got into accident on Feb 27 and although Pembridge has been horrible to deal with, i must thank Danielle LaCourse from Morison Insurance for going above and beyond her limits to help me with my claim. Although its still work in progress, but i am extremely grateful to her for all her help in this so far, and I cannot imagine what i would have had to deal with, if she was not helping me out.
